Very nice hotel....staff went above and beyond to assist with any issues..breakfast was great and the gentleman that worked nights help my husband fix his watch band Great location for the water buses....cannot say enough about the hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was amazing ! The room itself was small, however we did have 4 single beds so that is likely why it felt small. It was more expensive than other hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip, however I don’t have a comparison for rooms in Venice. We had a very good stay here (family of 4 /all adults).
