It’s an old and quiet basic property for 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was ok, but didn’t have much variety.

Staff were friendly enough, it does look like they’ve used pictures from around 5,6,7 years ago for their promotional work

Great staff friendly, but the hotel is certainly far from a four star hotel. Small TV hung on the top of the ceiling Once small 1 inch soap bar for the shower. The front door does not lock and damage door frame. Damaged Wood floor,missing ceramic tiles in the shower. It Seems little has been updated since the late 90s. Very outdated for a four star. Max 3 At best Very helpful front desk staff. Hope this helps thank you

The hotel has aged and needs upgrades.

Only the price was good, definitely not 4 stars. Old rooms,old bathrooms, breakfast just about ok.

Great staff service and the food was good.

The silence and privacy were the two most important aspect of my stay.

The hotel it's self was fine. However the reason we booked this out of town hotels was because it said it has a shuttle bus into town. This is incorrect! And the taxi fare is 20euro each way. Breakfast was average. Parking not secure as the gate is rusted open. Rooms are small. The best surprise was the restaurant next door. Appears to be a converted night club. Good was good but not cheep as the drinks were expensive.

The hotel was clean and nice and the personal friendly and helpfull. But it obviously lacked maintenance in the rooms and during a rainy night water fell in our room from the ceiling. The breakfast was nice and free so big positive point here.

Friendly staff

The room was very spacious, clean and bright with a separate room for luggage. The temperature and beds were very good. Breakfast was good as for 4 stars, but not exceptional. I had the room on the facade of the hotel, which is not recommended for people who do not sleep well. Some of the street noise reaches the room. The parking lot is very large there is a pizzeria and a restaurant near the hotel that we did not visit.

Great value for money hotel, not too far from Turin, in a nice quiet area. We had a great one night stay on our road trip.

This unfortunately is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Not everything is bad, but far too many things are. It is a 2.5 star hotel and no more. The good: - The receptionist was very helpful and very apologetic about the things that were wrong or not available. - The breakfast is basic but decent. More 3 star level but ok. - The shower was fine. The bad: - Aircon broken, apparently throughout the whole hotel. It was 22 degrees. Yuck. - They claim to have soundproofed walls. This is without any doubt an absolute lie. I have never stayed anywhere with walls that allowed more noise through. The italian gentleman next door was regularly screaming at someone until 4.30am, and we could hear every word. - The safe had a hole in it, as though someone had tried to break into it. They did replace this however - helpful receptionist again! - The restaurant next door (only open evenings inconveniently) had their kitchens below our window. The loudest most oppressive noise occurs until after 11. - The bar is pitiful. No one would ever want to be there. It's depressing. - Furniture is old and tired...and cheap. Minimum investment and it shows - They claim to have airport shuttles available and car hire...but neither were for us - Hotel taxi rates advertised were half of what was charged by the companies...indicating they have no relationship with them - Really dusty room - Uncomfortable bed - It is near NOTHING. Expensive taxis required In short...appalling.

We booked a 4star hotel and due to a overbooking they downgraded us to a 3star hotel that did not meet our expectations. The room was very small, sterile and lacking any kind of charm or substance. Overall a disappointing stay.

The hotel had a nice restaurant on the premise. Staff were freindly.

It was amazing he hotel was in a good area the room was very comfortable the staffs was very professional and helpful wanted to stayed extra day but there is no vacancy would love to come back already
