The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi, etc. We never even considered getting a cab. The room wasn't huge, few in Italy are, but it was big enough. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Big thumbs up!

The hotel is beautiful, the room was quiet and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful stay!

The decor is boutique European. Love this! Staff at breakfast and at the front desk were exceptional!
The food at breakfast was not the best, eggs were mushy and runny and you had to pay 5 Euros to have them prepared differently. Not a huge selection of cheeses or pastries.
One evening I went to the bar area to eat a cookie and have a glass of wine. Even though I was planning to purchase my wine at the bar, the bartended would not let me eat my cookie at the bar. Seemed like a ridiculous rule since there was NO ONE in the lobby or the bar at that time. I stayed 7 nights at the Bernini Palace, but this left a negative impression for me.
Overall it was a nice place, good location, friendly and helpful front desk. There are many to choose from in the area though.

The hotel is perfectly located off the plaza, where great drinks and food are located, as well as, the sculpture museum where the replica of David is located.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very comfortable. I will stay here again.

We visited the hotel in January for a three night stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful with excellent service. The bar also had good service. The hotel is centrally located near many top attractions.

Conveniently located in the city, we were easily able to walk or grab an Uber to get wherever we were going. Good choice of restaurants in walking distance and a ton of stores. The rooms are sumptuous, although we had to open a window because it got so hot at night. Loved the bar area!
