Superb hotel situated in a vineyard. Didn’t expect it to be quite so lovely and peaceful. The busy road is however nearby but it didn’t have any impact. Gorgeous room - so spacious and nicely furnished. superior hill view suite - appreciated the upgrade. Couple of very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Would be more than happy to return. Just sad we weren’t able to take away the complimentary wine owing to our baggage allowance.

A really stunning location in amongst the vineyards. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There was a storm on the night we arrived and there is no restaurant on site but they did make us a sandwich to go with our wine (it wasn't possible to walk in that weather to the nearest restaurant options (~500m away). If you're staying for a while you probably would need a car as the taxis (whilst very comfortable) are quite expensive to keep getting to and from Lake Garda (both Bardolino and Lasize are ~10 mins by car) but not possible to reach really on foot or by bike. The pool is really nice and there's a snack bar there too. The wine was delicious. Rooms comfortable with good air conditioning and comfy beds. Spacious - we did have an issue with the shower door coming off but didn't report in the end as seemed like one of those things that probably happens all the time.

a very relaxing place, lovely vineyard surrounding, it makes you feel at peace.
our room had amazing views, we could watch sunrise, sunset.
big room and bathroom both very comfortable.
on the other side the rooms a/c didn’t work.
the staff isn’t really trained to treat guests.
in general they are very rude, they answer back terribly.
we were told to leave out luggage in a place where everyone could have access to because we arrived early and they didn’t had a secure storage room.
we had the do not disturb sign and they opened the door when we were there.
at checkout they weren’t charging the correct amount of out stay, we had to tell them to double check.
in general this is a very nice
place, you can get to lago di gardas towns easily, but staff really needs to get well trained.

There is a balcony in my suite with a great view. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed a break from the heat wave at the pool everyday during our stay. All staff are friendly and polite. Everything is clean and neat. Buffet breakfast is delicious. We were offered a bottle of their wine as a gift at checkout. This hotel is a gem and highly recommended!

Gorgeous hotel. Great service with amazing breakfast and fresh grapes handpicked from the vineyard for our breakfast. Room spacious and very clean. Added bonus having a room with a bath.
Lovey pool with superb views and only a short drive away from some very good restaurants.

Amazing stay! We originally booked 3 nights, but after the first day, extended to 5. The property is new and very well done. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the sanitization and cleanliness of the property very seriously. The place was spotless! The room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the breakfast. From the property, it’s a very easy drive to Lake Garda. The Camino del Bardolino runs right by the property. We will definitely return!
