• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests may check-in at the listed alternate location or arrange check-in at the property with 24 hours advanced notice. Onsite check-in service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
