Quick overnight stay between flights, clean and tidy easy check in

The door lock was broken to our room. Lights in hallway were out so it was super dark.

Good central location. 10 min walk from Pisa station, also 10 minutes to Leaning tower & cathedral and shops/restaurants. Bed was quite small and not the comfiest. Quick check in process and allowed us to leave bags whilst out the next day.

Overall this was a very good stay, the cleanliness and bed comfort could not be faulted, the staff were in most part very nice and the location is very good. The only real improvement that could be made would be tea/coffee in the rooms and shampoo in the bathroom along with a spare toilet roll. That said if you need a straightforward and no frills place to stay in a good location this is just the job.

Nice Hotel only few minutes walk to the leaning tower where you will find lots of restaurant and places where to eat and drink. Nice staff and nice room clean and comfort at the best. Thank you

Friendly receptuon and a lovely room. Close to everyrthing

We stayed at this hotel with friends for one night. After we had got back to the hotel I was woken up by hearing staff shouting and swearing at my friend at the front desk. My friends water had stopped and he went down stairs to inform them, when he got there the front desk guy was already having an argument with another guest and started to swear and shout at him. Not a great stay

We checked in to the hotel in the late afternoon, staff was friendly and gave restaurant recommendations and directions to the leaning tower. Once back for the evening from touring the city, our family of 5 started showers only to get halfway through before the water quit working. This left one family member with shampoo in their hair. When we went to talk to the desk clerk he got angry and yelled at us, as well as several other guests. He told us if we didn’t like the hotel, we should go somewhere else to stay, but(at this time it was midnight). He told us it was our problem, not his! He said the owner says if the A/C quits working or the water quits he doesn’t care. If you stay, you pay no matter what! If this would have happened elsewhere, they would have given a discount or comped breakfast, but not at Capitol. Be careful making toast while another guest makes coffee because you will trip the breaker!

First bad experience was contact. I booked the hotel for 4, the itinerary stated there was only a double bed. The site states if you have questions please message the hotel. So I did asking if there was more then the double bed. Days past on with no answer. Walking in the hotel the guy at the front counter was taking about personal stuff. It took him 5 minutes to even acknowledged we were standing there. He didnt even talk to us, he asked our name handed us the room key and said second floor. I didnt even know if they served breakfast or when check out was. The Room was clean , bathroom was very small you can barley fit around the sink to use the toliet. The tv didnt work, I tried to call the front desk several times with no luck. I went downstairs for help to find out the girl was on the phone making a personal call. It took her 5 minutes to hang up and help me. At check out there was noone at the front desk to take payment or to even give the keys too. I booked the room online and paid. I assumed the room was paid for since expedia sent me a receipt and confirmation. We had a plane to catch So we left the keys on the desk. 2 hours later they call saying we left and didnt pay. I tired to explain why and she just keep asking me if I had another card to run. So to be done with it i gave her my info again for the payment.

You can walk to the train station and Pisa leaning tower, the hotel is located in tween. The hotel is modest. It only provided one plastic cup and one soap (for two people), very stingy. The room looked clean, but we killed one bug and one mosquito.

The hotel lobby is nice. However once in the room we understood why it has bad reviews. The shower tap was broken and the bathroom is really worn out. The furniture in the room was old and tired.

Very convenient location for the main attractions - especially The Tower. Friendly and helpful staff. Typical rooms as expected in a major tourist attraction. Some nice restaurants close by.

Good location for easy access to the leaning tower. Access to the down town is not too bad. Facilities could be improved, but please do not forget that you are booking a 3star hotel. You get what you pay. ;-)

Location is perfect, walkable distance to anywhere in Pisa. Clean room, staff were nice. The room was very basic almost hostely and far to expensive. I've been in 4stars for that price. They have a "bar" but don't serve tea. Close to amenities and the leaning tower of Pisa.

Visit Family which lived within walking distent.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel itself is very basic. Location is great as everything was covered in a short walk. Bathroom was a tad uncomfortable as the shower cubicle was really small and exhaust wasn't working.
