All was great.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My room was spacious and very clean with everything I needed and the facilities that I used were excellent. I did find that all the other guests had names on their breakfast tables but there was never a table for me which I found a little odd - I always had some where to sit but they always had to reset a table that had already been used. I also found that the hotel staff although friendly were often kindof unavailable - almost like they didnt really have time for me sometimes. I only speak english and the hotel was well catered for german guests. I read that the hotel had multilingual staff and I assumed English would be one of these languages but no hotel information was available in English and at times I struggled esp in the hotel's restaurant - he waitor spoke no english at all and although i was able to get what I wanted it did make life difficult. The hotel was excellent but if you dont speak any German I would maybe suggest staying elsewhere

Dejà en arrivant, on voyait que ça les dérangeait que la réservation ait été faite sur Hôtels.com. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous leur avons montré la photo d’hôtels.com de notre réservation et ils nous ont dit que ça ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ! Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er avec vue à seulement quelques mètres sur le bâtiment d’en face et au dessus du parking alors que la photo de votre site montrait une vue sur les montagnes. Dommage car l’hôtel est bien mais nous n’avons pas profité comme nous aurions dû. Nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial, ne serait-ce qu’une boisson par exemple. Je pense qu ils ne traitent pas de la même façon les clients qui réservent sur les plateformes que ceux qui réservent en direct, en tout cas, c’est l’impression que nous avons eue …

Es sind die vielen kleinen Dinge, eben auch der Zustand der deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung, die nicht mehr zeitgemäße Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet usw. der keinesfalls mehr eine vier Sterne Superior Bewertung zulässt. Drei Sterne wären vielleicht noch vertretbar

La camera deluxe prenotata presso Hotels.com non esiste nelle tipologie delle stanze descritte nel sito dell'hotel. Non sono sicura che io abbia soggiornato nelle stessa camera deluxe prenotata. Foto totalmente diverse. Gli orari dei ristoranti e dei bar inerno ed esterno dovrebbero essere chiaramente descritti, altrimenti si scopre che i servizi offerti dalla struttura non sono attivi. Il ristorante non offre possibilita' di pranzo nenche alla carta. I bar sempre chiusi. Non un sandwich o un toast. Abbiamo dovuto fare pranzo altrove. Lingua italiana molto poco utilizzata e a volte non conosciuta. Un hotel di questa categoria dovrebbe essere multilingue e, non dimentichiamo, non siamo andati all'estero ma rimasti in Italia! E' un vero peccato perche' la location e' fantastica! Questa recensione vuole essere un suggerimento ai proprietari; fate in modo che tutti i vostri clienti si sentano acccolti allo stesso modo. Nessuna disparita'. I servizi che offrite devono tenere conto di tutti e di tutto; c'e' l'alpinista che fa le escursioni e torna per l'ora della merenda, ma c'e' chi preferisce relax, rimane in Hotel e vorrebbe pranzare alle h 13 ( alla carta se non e' prevista la pensione completa), anche perche' si cena alle 19! Mangiare gulash alle 15 per cenare alle 19 non e' proprio l'ideale! C'e' anche chi ha necessita' di assumere una terapia dopo pranzo e ha necessita' di rispettare certi orari. Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit eigener Tiefgarage. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Küche liefert bestens ab. Die Gerichte sind vielfältig und von guter Qualität.

L'albergo è bellissimo,una vista sulla valle mozzafiato,pulito e si mangia molto bene. Il proprietario è una persona squisita,il suo personale non è da meno,torneremo sicuramente!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gediegenes Hotel in allerbester Lage. Hervorragendes Essen, sehr guter Service. Bäder und Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, wenngleich gut gepflegt.

Sehr hübsch gemachte Saunalandschaft mit herrlichem Ausblick

Frühstücksgäste sind Gäste zweiter Klasse. Der Käse beim Frühstück ist Massenware. Saunen waren kalt. Zimmer zu warm und zu klein. Det Preis von 200 € nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gibt in Südtirol so viel Auswahl,da sollte man sich mehr Mühe geben. Die Stammkunden sterben irgendwann...

Tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal, feines Essen, schöne Sauna-, Spa- und Pool-Anlagen

Wir waren nur 4 Tage im Hotel und es hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Ich denke das wir diese Hotel wieder besuchen werden.

Una vacanza di relax, lontani dalla città per 3 giorni e per un lungo week-end in Alto Adige. Il posto è molto tranquillo, e i dintorni dell'Hotel sono molto ricchi di spunti per gite, escursioni, cultura e visite. L'hotel è davvero ben attrezzato, il personale cortese e la gestione fa sentire a casa propria. La SPA è davvero ricca di servizi, un giardino e un centro benessere davvero rilassanti e professionali! Inoltre si mangia davvero bene sia nel ristorante dell'Hotel sia nei dintorni!
