This hotel was great. I got the 'deluxe' room and it did not disappoint. The room itself wasn't the biggest but absolutely fit my needs and the shower was a big size for Italy. The beds were comfortable and the window to the street was quintessential Italy.
The breakfast was a great spread and plentiful!

The staff were great throughout my stay. Always had smiles. The room was clean and tidy although the shower was in need of a refresh. It was a bit worn down and extremely cramped which was at odds to the room itself which was spacious. Would happily stay again should I be visiting Milan.

When i booked the room I thought I was going to sleep in the property, instead they gave me a room in a building 100 meters wawy, same level of the pedestrian way of the street. Very small room. It was awful!

Nice clean and spacious room. Set amid a myriad of hotels and dining establishments that are over the top in terms of price. Hotel is about a 1km walk to the Duomo. Staff were helpful if pushed otherwise no smile or pleasantries.

The hotel is simple and easy to get to, there is a subway station just few minutes walk. The price is fairly good and the bathroom is cleaner than I have expected. Check-in was quick and easy, more importantly the hotel staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly.
