Floren Hotel

This hotel is exceptional, from its location to the amenities of the room to the stellar service. I was impressed. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was spacious with great products. The bed was super comfy. What I really appreciated was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are incredible from advice on restaurants to shopping to transportation. I will definitely come back.

We loved this hotel! So close to train station (walkable with lots of luggage), Dumomo, great restaurants and shopping. Room was immaculate and beautiful - thrilled to have the only balcony in the building! Spacious bathroom with a great shower and toiletries/ towels. The reception was very responsive even before we arrived and gave us a lot of good tips/ support during our stay. Delicious breakfast buffet included and the staff were always friendly. We plan to return !

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is well cared for. The breakfast was a great touch! The area around the hotel is quite busy because of its proximity to the train station, but it's so close to everything and makes getting to all the sites so easy. We can't wait to return!

Nice location

While the initial impression of this Florence hotel was positive, with evident cleanliness and recent renovations, the overall experience fell significantly short of its advertised 5-star rating. The location is undeniably excellent, and the hotel itself is visually appealing. However, the disparity between expectations and reality became clear quickly. The breakfast, though palatable, lacked the variety and refinement expected of a 5-star establishment. Similarly, while the staff were friendly, their service lacked the polished professionalism and attentiveness that defines true luxury hospitality. In my opinion, this hotel comfortably sits within the 3 to 4-star range, but is nowhere near a 5-star experience. Ultimately, the price point does not align with the delivered quality. For the cost, I would strongly advise exploring alternative accommodations in Florence that offer a more authentic 5-star experience.

I don’t know how this hotel got five star rating. We were very disappointed when we walked in to the hotel to see a small entrance hall/lounge with a sofa outside the toilets, to the left of that in a corner was a desk and that was the reception. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable I booked it because the five star rating but the whole entrance and reception doesn’t feel a five star hotel.

This is a beautiful and very well run hotel. My stay was fabulous!

Wonderful!!!

The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. 10 minutes from the river. Excellent for a girls trip. The hotel location and amenities made the trip easy. Staff are very helpful for getting your bearings. Basic laundry is a little expensive if you are trying to stick to one carryon and hope to do some shopping.

Loved this location which allowed us to walk to/from the train station and to the major sites in Florence. Staff was wonderfully welcoming and attentive. You can tell that rooms are recently renovated and junior suite was comfortable size to share between two people.

The staff was courteous and provided maps & day trip recommendations. This hotel is in a great location as well -- easy walking distance from the Duomo and train station; Also it's been recently renovated and has a chic modern feel. Breakfast was also one of the highlights: the buffet included with the room which was very delicious. However, they only provided one small pint of water in the room each day for our family of three; when we requested for more water once the existing pint got finished, they charged €10 for "room service" for bringing the bottles up to our room and charged €6 per bottle on top of it.

The hotel is very clean although the room is a bit small. The best part of our stay is the service that is unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had. We also had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. The wait staff especially the waiter Moi were very attentive and nice. We feel really fortunate to choose this hotel.
