What a lovely hotel. Upon check-in, the staff was quick to assist in carrying luggage down the stairs and showing us to our room via elevator. During the entire stay the staff was warm and gracious.
Our balcony overlooked the Amalfi Coast - WOW! Never get enough of that.
Great location - short walk through the tunnel to the Duomo Piazza and everthing in Ravello less than 20 min walk from end to end.
Buffet breakfast included each day - very nice with lots of hot & cold options.
Unfortunately due to the time of year, the pool was not open.
Extra blankets & pillows provided, as requested. Quality sleep and strong hot shower!

Revello is just amazing. This hotel was excellent. Any plant limitations were quickly subordinated by the amazing staff.

From the minute we arrived to the day we left everything was lovely.
The location, room, staff, food and the views over the coastline were excellent.
The staff make you feel very welcome with great advice and suggestions on where to go and how to get there.
The hotel is clean and the food is lovely.
As it is a small hotel the pool area feels like it is your own private space.
We would definitely recommend.

My Mum and I spent 4 nights there last week - fantastic location through the tunnel from the main square in Ravello. Stunning views from your room, breakfast, dinner, the pool and the bar.
Rooms were very cold (might be too cold for come) but super clean and bright. Only 10 rooms so no issues finding a table at breakfast.
The pool is small, they serve drinks and food but there are a LOT of steps - that is true throughout Ravello due to the location. The hotel does have a lift but you still have steps to get up to the bar and more steps to the street. My Mum is 80 next week but still mobile enough to do stairs but she couldn’t get in/out of the pool as it just has a vertical ladder.
Sara on the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly organising a taxi driver to take us to Herculaneum and answering all of our questions. The other ladies on the front desk helped us with dinner reservations (needed in August) and a taxi to Sorrento.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our family stayed at the Garden Hotel for a family wedding in Ravello. We absolutely loved it! Not super fancy, but the rooms were updated and the view can’t be beat. It was located in the perfect location. An easy walk to the main square with shops and lots of restaurants to enjoy. The daily breakfast was delicious and more substantial than I expected. The pool was fantastic, overlooking the stunning coast. But the staff is what made it so memorable. They were helpful and so attentive. We loved it so much, can’t wait to come back!

The Garden Hotel Ravello was wonderful. A really friendly welcome, a nice cool room with a smart modern bathroom, very effective and necessary aircon and the most amazing balcony with a view towards Minori and Maiori.
The pool was just what we needed in the afternoons to cool off and have a glass of wine or a beer. Just perfect.
Breakfasts were great and the service from all the staff was lovely. I hope we’ll come back one day.

Stunning views of water. Entrance of Ravello where cabs/buses pickup/drop off (convenient). Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable bed, beautiful views of the ocean. The staff spoke English and helped us arrange meals/transportation. Very friendly

Let me just say, WOW! If you’re thinking of booking the Garden Hotel absolutely do it! Everything about this hotel is 10/10. The views, the service, the people, the pool. There’s not one thing my boyfriend and I didn’t love about the Garden Hotel. The service is impeccable and the staff are accommodating, friendly and comforting. In addition to being an amazing hotel there’s an awesome bar to check out as well! And restaurant. Town is straight through the tunnel and everything is very convenient. You will not be disappointed! And a big thank you to the Garden Hotel for making our stay the best!

Most amazing views from our room, pool and breakfast area. Most helpful and friendly staff we ever had at a hotel stay. We had breakfast there on two days and dinner for one night and all three meals were excellent. Town of Ravello is a 2 minute walk and we really enjoyed the sights and a few dinners there. Easy bus access to other towns a 10 second walk. 5 stars to the staff and hotel property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The spectacular views, the proximity to the town and the wonderful staff is what makes this hotel shine! Angela at the front desk was so lovely and helpful- we were apprehensive about the parking but we parked with a lot lower down the mountain and we’re transported by shuttle to the property- excellent service and access to town and bus service to the coast - a wonderful stay and a place I would not hesitate to return to

My husband and I stayed at four different hotels in the Amalfi Coast area during a recent trip, and this was by far our favorite. The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location, the breakfast was amazing (including fresh cooked eggs the way you want them), and the staff went out of their way to help us. In particular, Angela really went above and beyond, including proactively coming outside to help us communicate with our bus driver after we encountered an issue (without her help advocating for us we would have had to order a taxi on short notice which would have been very expensive).
Our room had a private balcony with a beautiful view, which was a great place to sit and watch a rain storm along with a bottle of wine after dinner. I didn't realize this when we booked but the hotel is literally right next door to Villa Rufolo and you can see into the grounds from the hotel. The terrace where breakfast is served also has an amazing view.
I would definitely recommend staying here; you won't regret it!!
