Absolutely loved the location. Lots of construction going on but plenty of options for food and espresso. Not a far walk from the ruins/train station.

Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Very good onsite restaurant . Rooms are spacious and spotless and we had a good view of Mount Vesuvius. It was also very close to the main square and to the archeological ruins which was the main reason for our visit.

This is an excellent choice for anyone staying in Pompei and visiting the archaeological site, Pompeii, or the associated museums and villas. All of the staff were friendly and attentive; the Hotel is spotlessly clean, stylish and modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds; all topped off with excellent breakfasts and local eateries. I couldn't recommend enough. I don't think you'll find anywhere even close to this quality without traveling in from Naples. It's proximity to the Pompeii station, much closer than the Scavi train station, means you can easily and cheaply (around €3 each as if January 2025) visit Naples in about an hour if needed. There's no need to feel limited in anyway by choosing this hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel with modern design. Close to many great restaurants and 3 minutes walk to the pompeii site. The room is bigger than the regular hotels in US. I wish we spent more time in the hotel.

Great location, good food but could have done with translation on menu as not overly attentive, restaurant was busy most nights.

This hotel is beautiful, the nicest one I’ve seen in this area after walking around a bit. Check in staff were awesome. There is road construction next door which makes getting to the hotel and then getting to the parking area from the hotel a bit cumbersome. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

From what I saw of Pompeii, this seems to be the best place to stay . Obviously visitors to the area are there to see the archeological site, and there is really nothing else of much interest. The vast majority of visitors seem to travel there on a day trip which is okay for a day trip although the trains tend to be rammed. Definitely worth trying to find a day for a night time opening and then you’ll be in a rush to get away. We opted to stay over and this hotel was definitely a good choice.

This hotel is lovely! High tech and a lot of amentities. Walk to Pompeii ruins in 5 minutes. We had a problem with our AC unit in the room. When it could not be fixed we were upgraded to a suite. Amazing room! Amazing staff!

Lovely clean hotel in a nice part of the city.

Situated 2 minutes walk away from entrance to Pompeii ruins, just passed that entrance is the bus stop for vezuvious (€3.80 single), both train stations for local routes and national routes less than 10 minutes walk (single way tickets = €3.30 to Napoli centrale, €2.40 to Ercolano (Herculaneum), €5.80 to Paestum) Entrance Tickets to Vezuvious are €12, Pompeii Ruins Full site €22, without 5 Villas €18, Paestum Ruins €15, Herculaneum ruins €16, Napoli Archeological Museum €20, So huge savings if you do it yourself on all trips, rather than being rushed around by Tour operators that charge €45 ticket cost €12 per person to Vezuvious, aprox 3 hours, this is fine if not too crowded and no queue at line but need more time on mountain if your not a fit hiker Back to Hotel though, food was superb, staff were awesome and very helpful, Hotel is beautiful, we had superior room which was perfect for space as base to pop back to and relax, Very comfortable and fairly soundproof. Be aware that there are service charges for every where you go it seems varying from €1 - €5, at restaurants it was generally €1 each, Hotel was €3, but it seems this also applies to Hotel booking tickets for you to locations and a slightly marked up price Vezuvious was €16 each as i hadn't turned dial assist on my phone so could not receive the text when doing it myself on official ticket site
