The hotel's services were exemplary, beginning with our communication prior to our travel was efficient, including arrangements for airport pick-up and drop off. The front desk and including other staff were courteous and helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious, and complimented with delicious breakfast. The location is directly opposite the Pantheon added to its appeal. My family was fortunate to find this hotel, and I would recommend it to others. We intend to return in the future.

Room was fantastic, with such an exceptional view! Location was fantastic and the windows were so good at insulating us from the sound in the plaza below. So wonderful! We stayed in the secondary building and the room didn't share walls with anyone. What a treat. The elevator was slow, but manageable. Both doors (building entrance and room entrance) are keypad only. Wonderful stay overall!

We had spacious, clean room for 3 ppl. Staff are helpful, courteous and prompt service. My only concern is the slippery bath stall. We are on the 4th floor; elevator is new but slow and stairs are quite circular. Overall we are happy with the location, breakfast and overall stay.

Booked for the view and location and that delivered. Rooms were a bit smaller than i thought. Couldn’t open my suitcase without putting it on the bed (which I don’t like to do) but room was well appointed. Bathroom nice. We had a Pantheon view and it is literally right there. Windows provided a good sound barrier. Although the morning you hear all the businesses getting ready for the day and all the carts etc on the cobblestones is noisy even with the windows closed. Not crazy but noticeable. One staircase up to level one where there is a tiny elevator / lift to the other floors. There was a bellman that helped get the suitcases up to the lift he was wonderful. I will note as a women (I was travelling with my husband) but there was no peep hole in the door - I would never open a door with knowing who was there. No one knocked but still I find that a safety thing for me. And the fact that there seemed only one small staircase out/ down of the property. Again yes it’s an old building but from a safety standpoint that made me a bit nervous (fire etc). Again i realize the property is located in an old old building. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast is located up the alley at a local restaurant. So not on site. Not a big deal for us. Overall stay was good we only stayed one night after our cruise to explore Rome a bit more. Walked to Vatican City (1/2hr approx) had an amazing dinner at Da Gino - 6 min walk authentic family restaurant. Check them out but make reservations.

Arrived to find out we would be transferred to another room after the 1st night. Was told i couldn't get into my 2nd placed room until 2pm the following day even though I was paying for a room. Staff overall were very nice. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, toast, and coffee. Mattresses were very firm and not soft at all. I'd probably try a different hotel the next time around.

I stayed two nights at this hotel on my way out of Rome. I was alone and checked in at almost midnight. I struck up a conversation with the night manager as he was checking me in! He was the nicest most cheerful man. He found out it was just my birthday and gave me a bottle of prosecco. Helped me with my luggage up to my room and made sure I was happy since I had gotten the room with the view of the pantheon. I loved that I could open the windows and lean out and look around. The room was spacious, clean and bright. I’d definitely 100% stay here again, especially since it’s in the historic district, within walking distance of everything, some great restaurants and shopping close by! Go to Il Barroccio for a bite…the owner will have you laughing the entire time!!

Found this room at the last moment, after our travel plans to Naples canceled due to street closures throughout much of Naples because of demonstrations/riots. Made the train ride to Rome, and was able to salvage that night and following morning. Was given a very large two bedroom suite, somewhat awkward in layout, but worked out fine for us. Was given a voucher for breakfast the following morning at a local restaurant. Great location. Very friendly owner and staff.

This was very centrally located across from the Pantheon. We were there in late November and I can imagine that staying there during the height of tourist season may be annoying with a lot of people around. The rooms were modern inside of the old buildings. Great helpful staff.
