Hotel is up a level but there is a lift, however beware there is 5 or so steps to reach the lift if you have any mobility issues. Great breakfast (self service) with wide variety of sweet and savoury choices. The breakfast room staff are friendly, chatty and keep things clean and topped up. I was in a solo room, which was small but absolutely fine with a good shower/toilet en suite. A wee bit of noise as my room backed on to a courtyard occupied by other buildings, no problem though as I got a good sleep. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

No parking on property and if you leave the car on The street it may get robbed or hit. The stairs were small and the carpet look very dirty. Although the property states they have a a shuttle to the airport the reality is that they do not have one, they just simple ask people to take the public bus that stops 1 1/2. Lock from there. Very noisy since it is relight next to bars and restaurants so if you are a light sleeper then this may not be for you

Great location and nice basic hotel for a couple of nights. Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is basic but enough. It does get a bit noisy in the evening as there seems to be a restaurant kitchen at the ground floor but if you go to bed after 11:00 PM it should be fine.

It was a nice little hotel very close to all the action. I didn't like having to leave our key at the front desk every time we left and the breakfast attendant was very nosy. But we will come back.

The hotel staff were very helpful. We were unfortunate to have a handbag stolen with passports and credit cards and the staff helped by making phone calls for us. The hotel was very centrally located which was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Very good hotel location, easy to find, and near lots of shops and convenient bus stops/lines. Staff very friendly and helpful. In room, can be noisy from other guests and street, and (free) decent wireless signal can be sporadic (especially bad in the breakfast room). Breakfast basic.
