I love the stay at hotel forum free breakfast was great . My only issue is the location was outside the city center it was a little difficult to get into the center on busy days traffic and the closest metro was a significant distance.. Staff was great also at night you had to enter behind the building very dark but was able to manage. If location is not a problem I highly recommend for Milan was good area with local restaurants .

Excellent servuce on staff and also free breakfast But if you want to explore milan this hotel locations is bit far and public transport hard in afternoon If you someone who drives that s ok Overall i love the atmosphere and clean rooms

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly, but the area around it did not have as much to do. There are only a handful of restaurants, but they were all good. It’s just a limited selection unless you Uber elsewhere.

The internet has been consistently down from 12 to 6 pm for three consecutive days, greatly impacting my ability to participate in my Zoom meetings. Unfortunately, I had to cancel all of them after being repeatedly provided with false excuses, such as blaming the rain or someone needing to reset it. This issue of the internet shutting down occurs every day during the same time frame, providing an impression that management saves money. Additionally, the receptionist's attitude is indifferent and lacks a personal touch. Moreover, the breakfast consisting of only five items is of extremely poor quality.
