I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great…only “steps” from the Spanish Steps and maybe 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed chatting with other guests during breakfast. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Rome.

A mixed experience - a decent hotel with room for improvement. Positives: Rooms are clean, and the hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff and cleaners are friendly. Negatives: Some of the reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. There was no attempt to converse upon check-in (despite there being no language barrier) - we were simply given the room key and that was it. I have travelled to Rome many times before, and showing a little courtesy and politeness is the norm, not the exception. The rooms lack modern plugs. Charging phones required using the adapter connected to the mini fridge. All the plugs in the room are old fashioned which do not work with modern European charging devices. The breakfast is good, however, fresh orange juice and eggs come at an extra cost. This can be interpreted as misleading given that the breakfast is listed as being 'free' on third-party websites. I would rather pay for breakfast in which everything is included than have a 'free' breakfast whereby I have to pay for certain options. This is the first hotel whereby I have had to leave the key at the front desk each time I have gone outside. Not entirely sure of the rationale here.

The staff were lovely, our bedroom and bathroom very clean, continental breakfast was basic but very nice .

This is a lovely little hotel. Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps, clean comfortable and warm room (it's January so thats a good thing). Friendly reception with a real person on duty all day. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

A little outdated but good overall

As a solo female traveler on my first out of country trip, I am so incredibly fortunate to have picked this hotel. The staff were so friendly, pleasant and professional. The hotel was in a perfect spot, within walking distance of almost everything you could want to do! I walked to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and the Vatican. I felt safe and taken care of the entire time. They offered breakfast every morning in the cutest little cafe in the basement area. The rooms were simple and clean. The staff took extra care to tidy up my room every day. I cannot give enough stars to this place! 100/10 recommend.

This great little hotel is conveniently located and the staff are wonderful. It’s not ‘fancy pants’ but affordable and the included breakfast is a gem. We are staying again….

The room was spotless the staff are very friendly and helpful! The only thing that missing was coffee in the room!

We stayed at their suite and we were able to experience New Years at the patio from our room. They are on top of cleanliness and we get fresh bedding and towels each day of our stay. We felt safe and so did our things. It is close to many attractions, food and shopping, yet the street side doesn’t get too crowded and pretty quiet at night. It was an overall great experience. Shout out to Stefano for sharing his smile and being a sweet gentleman.

The room was great. Beautiful views. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. The breathtaking Spanish Steps are only a few blocks away.

Delicious breakfast options, beautifully served. Location was very convenient. Staff was helpful and secured our early morning cab.

Worst hotel we have stayed at ever. For an average of $400.00 a night you will expect better. Not worth the money we paid. The room needs an upgrade or maintenance. The carpet was filthy, needs a very good deep cleaning. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The balcony is a hallway, you have to squeeze to be able to sit in the chair at the other end of the table. The Inner Courtyard View looks at a building that looks abandoned. Air Conditioner does not work in December, just heat. If you want to cool the room you are told to open the Window. If you want eggs at the included breakfast you have to pay extra. Positive Points; Coffee was good and the gentleman attending the breakfast was very nice and attentive. Location is good
