It was a good stay in a historical town. Only thing was the room I was given had a double bed that was made up of 2 single beds so I couldn’t sleep in the middle as I was by myself. Staff were really helpful n friendly. There was also a pretty good restaurant in the hotel which has won many Michelin gourmand for many years.

Super location. Brilliant to have parking opposite the hotel. Good shower and bedding. Recommend warmly. The reception is very helpful. We ate there one night. It was adequate. Not the best Aperol Spritz we’ve had.

Excellent location in Ragusa Ibla by the botanical park and a short walk to the Duomo. The breakfast buffet selection of items was quite large and was one of the better ones on our trip thru Sicily. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable enough. I give it high marks for cleanliness. Some of the previous reviews mentioned poor Wi-FI, but I found it to be quite good.

The location is perfect right in the middle of Ibla. the room was fairly comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was excellent too. It is not difficult to find parking in the streets nearby and the hotel has its own car park nearby(ask for a pass). The difficulty lies in the one way streets surrounding the hotel which makes it difficult at times to navigate. So if driving, leave the car as soon as you can and walk. A couple of points to improve: the hotel should address the lighting in the room we had and send customers a basic map of the nearby streets, showing the local car parks when booking is confirmed.

We were looking for somewhere from which to explore this region of Sicily and settled on Ragusa which thankfully is not overly touristy, and the area of Ibla could not have better suited our needs. The hotel is in a quiet area, and is comfortable and friendly, with a superb choice for breakfast, certainly enough upon which to set off on a long walk in the gorgeous countryside. There is a bus nearby that takes one to the train and bus stations although they are not quite as frequent as one would like. This said, the quiet of the area is what one appreciates. Also Ragusa, particularly the upper part, is terrific for cuisine. Try Trattoria del Lupo.

A very modern and comfortable hotel right in downtown Ragusa. Couldn't be better located. Excellent and helpful staff. Great shower and bathroom with lots of shelving and hooks. Wish all hotels would understand that women especially, need shelves to put their cosmetics et al, on. Great and luxurious in this hotel.

Great hotel, close to historical centre of Ragusa Ibla. staff very friendly and helpful - more than most of the hotel staff from Canneto, Lipari. Room was always clean, and the breakfast options were really homey. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable
