We had the most amazing experience staying at this charming, family-owned hotel. From the moment we arrived, Luigi and his lovely daughters, Alessia and Daniella, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was unmatched — they helped us book dinner reservations, gave us great recommendations for exploring the area, and crafted the most delicious breakfasts each morning.
Our room had an absolutely breathtaking view that we’ll never forget. The warmth and care we felt during our stay made this trip truly special. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Pellegrino. Luigi and his family are amazing and run a beautiful hotel. Our room was gorgeous - the tile work was a masterpiece. We dined both nights at the roof top restaurant and the food was delicious! We highly recommended this property.

This family owned property was AMAZING!!!! Luigi and his family treated us like family from the time we arrived to the time we left!!! They were so very reachable via text even before our arrival, answering my many questions and arranging our travel by private car to/from Naples train station to their wonderful hotel! Breakfast was delicious and when you thought there was no more to come, they would bring something else out!! We ate dinner there our first night and decided we could not eat anywhere else because the food prepared by Luigi’s daughter was so very delicious and our waiter for dinner was just the best, friendly, funny and brought us our, vitamin C after our dinner (ice cold lemon hello)! Federico and Elisia (apology if spelled wrong) were so wonderful in arranging for water taxis and shuttles for our afternoon in Amalfi and Ravello and Luigi provided complimentary shuttles to and from Positano or Praiano water taxi pier whenever needed. Each time I messaged them they responded within seconds. We did take a meal in Positano after hiking the Path to the gods and were sorry we did because we missed out on eating a delicious meal in the hotels restaurant that night but did go for a delicious desserts and drinks. But really DO NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE!!!! They did everything possible to make sure we were comfy and cared for, like family. And the views from our terrace were just beautiful!!!!! Love love love this family and hotel!!!!!!! 20 on scale of 1-10

Our room itself was not extravagant, but the accompanying balcony looking out on the coastline was amazing -- one of our family's favorite parts of a 9-day trip to Italy -- and the staff was incredibly helpful, moving dinner reservations around for us, booking a water taxi for us, and providing a free shuttle service to spots in Praiano and Positano that would have been quite difficult to get to otherwise.

Hotel Pellegrino is more than just a hotel. It’s a warm welcome from a very caring and kind Italian family who are working relentlessly to make their guests’ stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. All family members work together and live on the property. That’s maybe why it felt like visiting a friends’ place. Getting to know them is part of the experience and is probably why we loved the Amalfi coast so much. Daniele, Luigi’s daughter, cooks dinner better than any Michelin restaurant. The first night we went out to eat to quickly understand that the best food is actually in our own hotel. Federico responds to a text in 30 seconds day and night and can create an itinerary better than a travel agency. Luigi was always willing to give us a lift to places nearby and shared interesting stories.
Alessa is very knowledgeable, very kind and a patient human being. It’s always a pleasure to talk to her. I can only imagine the effort it takes to run this place at the level you guys do. Thank you for all that you did for us and for the rest of your guests. You’re all very kind and thoughtful. God bless your family with health and many prosperous years. We would only stay here next time when we are on the Amalfi coast. We will recommend you to all of our friends!

10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Everything was wonderful. If you are lucky enough to find this place available do not hesitate, book now. The breakfasts are excellent, what a spread! I really appreciated the shuttle to/from Positano and within Praiano. Everyone there is committed to you having a great stay.

I have traveled very much in my life, and I can honestly say Hotel Pellegrino was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff, was absolutely INCREDIBLE. From the moment we booked, Federico messaged us regarding our stay, and when we spoke on the phone he answered all my questions and was able to accommodate all our needs. We eloped on the Amalfi Coast, so we wanted everything to be perfect, and everything truly was perfect. They provided all the transportation that we needed, booked our spa experience for us, booked our private car back to the airport upon departure, arranged for all our romantic flowers, Prosecco and cake to be placed in our gorgeous room upon our return from eloping, they provided us with room service and made sure our food choices and preferences were taken first, they were MORE than accommodating in every situation. The food was incredible as well, with a gorgeous view of Amalfi Coast. I even got a canker sore, and our server went out of his way to make us a steeped drink of cloves and honey, and advised me to use this to heal my canker sore. My husband and I will be returning to the Amalfi Coast, and when we do we won’t be staying anywhere else other than Hotel Pellegrino. Honestly 12/10, I cannot speak highly enough of this Hotel, we are so excited to return!

Fantastic place to stay. Splendid views. Great rooms. Convenient parking and access to Amalfi and Positano and other towns. The Luigi family and staff are most gracious hosts and make you feel like family. Service is exemplary. Restaurant and food was amazing. The availability of a shuttle service was incredibly convenient. Will surely visit again. One of the best stays we have ever had in Italy!

I took my granddaughter Isabella to Italy as a college graduation gift and one of our stays was at Hotel Pellegrino. This was the best experience I have ever had staying at a hotel in all my years traveling! And at age 66 I have traveled a lot. This hotel is a family run hotel and they treat you like you are a part of the family. They shuttle you around text you about reservations. Luigi and his team were superb. Wonderful family owned hotel and Luigi obliged with access to rare on site secure parking and took me by car to and from local towns. I was given a free upgrade to a lovely sea view room with balcony.
Breakfast was truly plentiful with delicious home made and local food.
I would definitely stay again for Praiano and Positano. They care about service and giving clients a great holiday experience.

I cannot speak more highly of the care and attention we received from Luigi and his family (the owners and managers of Hotel Pellegrino) They were all extremely welcoming and patiently answered all of our questions with regard to the hotel, local attractions and and transportation. They kept in touch with us throughout our visit and responded within minutes to our questions via WhatsApp. They kindly recommended restaurants specific to our dietary requirements (one of us is a vegetarian) and graciously made reservations and arranged for transportation. I have stayed at many hotels and I can honestly say this is the best service I have ever received.
The hotel room itself was very clean and cozy and stocked with a mini fridge. The facilities are well-cared for and very modern. Our balcony view was absolutely stunning (especially at golden hour). Nights were very quiet as the hotel is set apart from other buildings (so no street noise, which was great). However, there is a bus stop conveniently located right near the hotel’s entrance so it is easy to get into town or to other destinations along the coast such as Amalfi and Positano.
The hotel offered a generous breakfast with juices, coffee, beautifully prepared fresh fruit (including fresh figs!), many kinds of tea, an assortment of pastries and hot food made ready-to-order (with a nice vegetarian alternative for my friend).
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! It is truly a gem.
