Hotel Piacenza

Friendly staff, a good continental breakfast offering and around a 5 min walk to the Tram stop & also the Porta Romana Metro line (but beware of thieves as I got robbed on the train one stop away from Romana at Crocetta station). Only downside was our room had a very small enclosed shower cubicle which made it a bit difficult to move around !

The staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations for a restaurant in walking distance from hotel. Parking wad off sight by close to hotel. We were able to unload luggage at the hotel then park the xar. Easy access to the metro.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a great choice of cold breakfast. Easy transport options to get around Milan . We would recomend.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Air conditioned rooms and nice breakfast options. Room at front of hotel on busy road, quite noisy at times.

I am traveling single and for recreation on this trip. This is my first time to Milan. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a metro stop, so you have easy access to the city. There’s several pleasant bars and restaurants within a two or three block walk. The staff is warm and the breakfast are fantastic. Be advised that there is no elevator and the floors are on the second floor. I was able to get by, but my knees were a little wobbly sometimes. The walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors sometimes. The bathroom is clean. The showers are very nice, but they are small and a little bit challenging to get in and out of if you’re on the bigger size like I am

The staff made us feel welcome, and they were very helpful. Hotel is most comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast. Metro station is a short walk from hotel. Would stay again!

My family and I (party of 8 people) were traveling through and found this hotel for a quick one night stay. It was the best and most comfortable night. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcoming and the front desk person found us parking right in front of the hotel! We were so grateful for this because it was convenient and safe. The rooms were clean and just what we needed. In the morning we had a continental breakfast, which was included, with a variety of bread, pastires, cereal and fruit, with cheese and ham. The concierge even made us coffee at request. The service we received made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

1 day stop over in Milan. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room had everything we needed. About 2km to Centre but Metro stop very close by.

Not clean

The hotel is on a nice quiet street convenient to Milan subway and street tram. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The owner found us free on street parking. There is a nearby discounted parking garage. The owner was always cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was a nice buffet.

It was quaint. Keep in mind, no lift. Carried luggage up stairs. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast bar every morning. Fresh coffee by the cup. Speak English. I would like to have been closer to public transportation

Small room

The room is good enough for a family of 4. We stayed in room 214 just recently, a queen bed and a bunk bed, at the very end of the corridor with an exclusive huge balcony. Although they don't have a lift going up, so if you are having a 20kg or more luggage, this might not be your place however not affecting our ratings as we only have a 10kg trolley bags each one of us. The 3 shifting gentlemen at the reception were all very pleasant, all so good, from check-in to check-out. They all value customer service including their housekeeping staffs. They make your beds and clean the room daily, changed towels among others, complementary room sleepers good enough for your stay - such a good service. Around 5 mins walk to the closest Metro Station Porta Romana and we felt safe too walking along the streets at 10pm with our kiddos 17yo and 13yo. Breakfast, included in your bookings, been great too. From yougarts, cereals, croisants, fruits, boiled eggs - a lot to choose. Ohhh, the gentleman on-duty at reception also serving you with hot drinks of your choice has good customer service. Would difinitely recommend to others.
