Great reception, beautiful and modern rooms!

Stunning. Absolutely stunning. Food was incredible too. Highlight of our trip!

When we arrived, we were not greeted warmly, almost accusing us of not having a reservation. While we were searching, she took a phone call and said” ah yes ! Here you are!” There was no one else in the hotel- we arrived on our floor, the door was closed to the hallway we had to walk down. Lights would not turn on. The room was nothing more than a motel 6, but the view was spectacular. Went down to have a beer. Server was not friendly at all- said no English! Sadly he was our server for dinner. Most uncomfortable dinner we’ve ever had. He printed off a menu in English for us, and reminded us throughout that he did not speak English. Did not offer any good wine selection. Meal was not creative or good He was friendly in the morning. I guess he could not wait for us to check out! The views were spectacular!!!

This is a fine hotel for an overnight stay. The room was basic, but clean. The single room has a very small bed. There are no international channels on the TV. There was some difficulty communicating with staff, some of them only spoke Italian and my Italian is very limited. But we managed. The food at the restaurant was very good. If I pass through that area again, I would definitely stay at that hotel.

Ottimo hotel

Our first time here and it was a delight. Very kind and attentive staff. Food is good and I especially love the upstairs salon. My room was big and had a bath. The location is at a beautiful spot by the river and just next to the church. We went skiing in Madesimo which is just 15 mins away, and Sankt Moritz 45 mins.

Location gradevole, reception un po' trascurata, struttura che necessiterebbe un po' di rinnovamento, ma estremamente pulita, con valida colazione e personale gentile. Buon rapporto qualitá/prezzo, consigliabile.

Bella area condivisa con piscina e volendo spa, camera purtroppo pero' antiquata senza aria condizionata con materasso scomodo e vecchio

Tutto come da descrizione. Personale accogliente e camera pulita. Buona Ed abbondante la colazione.

Das Appartement wird bei www.Expedia.de mit 50 m2 und Doppelbett angegeben. Tatsächlich sind es max 25 m2 und ein Bettsofa mit einer "Matraze" ! Wobei die Matraze eher ein Deckbelag des Bettsofagestells war. Kurz; schlafen war kaum möglich - extrem unbequem.

Anbefaler og gå ned til kirken, ta til høyre og spise på restauranten Crotta. Nydelig mat og fantastisk service.

Nulla di particolare, posizione comunque buona e silenziosa. Il caffè della colazione imbevibile.
