Friendly and helpful staff! Very unique and interesting room!

Great location, easy walk to all the major site. Staff friendly and helpful. Room are a good size and clean, a little quirky but nothing negative. We would stay again.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. We were staying during a heat wave and I don’t think the AC system was sized for the heat wave so our room got a bit too warm for comfort. The room was great with a lot of amenities. Beautiful bathroom and we had a massage chair and full size jacuzzi. The area is amazing. Walking distance to all the major attractions and tons of food and shopping options nearby.

The room was decent. The plexiglass shower walls were cracked. The A/C did not work well. Staff was not available in the early morning to assist.

The customer service was beyond excellent!! I would 10/10 recommend this location it was so close to the trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the coliseum.

Walking distance to everything

This was our second visit to Rome. We walked to pretty much all the sights including the collesseum, palatine hill, Jewish ghetto, Spanish steps, pantheon and trevi. Shopping nearby was fabulous which I liked bette than our last trip. Coffeee shop nearby open 24/7 which was an added bonus.

Great location. Quirky hotel with colored bedroom lights. Didn’t care for operating the tv with XBox not my generation. Never could get news or regular channels. Staff great, clean in a good location.

The hotel is located perfectly in Rome with walking dostance to all major sites. Staff was great and rooms had everything we needed and always clean!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the High Rating The hotel is definitely not as good as its rating suggests. While the room itself looked nice, it was completely overshadowed by an unbearable smell coming from the old sewer system. It made the space almost uninhabitable. I spent the entire day trying to get the issue resolved or to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dishonest—they kept stalling and making empty promises until 9 PM, after which there’s no one available to help. It became clear they were just trying to run out the clock. I ended up spending 36 disgusting hours in that smelly room. Only the next day were we finally moved, and the only compensation offered was a bottle of sparkling wine—not nearly enough to make up for such an unpleasant and frustrating experience. This was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how they handle serious issues and treat their guests.

We visited this hotel a month ago and rather than leave a knee jerk reaction I like time to reflect and be honest. Undoubtedly a brilliant location, can easily walk to all major sites. We arrived after the 9PM check in time and kept the reception informed, who waited for our arrival. To be honest when booking I didn’t realise it was more of a guest house rather than a hotel, otherwise would have re thought about it. We’d have liked 24hr reception and maybe a bar facility. Staff was welcoming and room was clean. We were talked through how to use TV, Jacuzzi etc as this is a tec guest house. As with all tec things go wrong. Couldn’t get the TV to work during our 5 night stay and mis-told how to operate the jacuzzi. Four nights in managed to get the jacuzzi working. Very expensive room for what you get. We purchased a room with a city view, see photos below of our city view. Thankfully didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room as Rome is magnificent. We feel this room was far too expensive for what you get.

My recent stay at Hotel Trecento in the heart of Rome was exceptional. The location is unbeatable, putting you steps away from Rome's best attractions. What truly stood out was the outstanding service, especially from Federico. He was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, offering great recommendations and making our trip seamless. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. Hotel Trecento offers a fantastic Roman experience with a personal touch. Thank you, Federico, for making our stay so wonderful! We highly recommend it.

Great location right in the hub of Rome Staff were all very friendly and helpful

The hotel location is great for walking to the colosseum, piazza navona, trevi fountain, and many other spots you dont want to miss. However, the rooms were odd to me. There is a smart phone that controls everything in the room from AC to lighting. They sell this as "state of the art" but its really just difficult. The AC would never turn on either no matter what we tried. The TV is controlled only by an Xbox, which was also very strange.

We had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean beautiful and in a fantastic location. What really stood out was the front desk team. They couldn't do enough and then went above and beyond. Loved this hotel and thank you for the fabulous service

Great location on via del corso - all the touristy sites are walkable and there is a plethora of shopping / dining in the area. The door lock is by keypad and the light switches are a bit quirky - as a modern touch, lights / climate are controlled by an android device - the TV is controlled by an Xbox - but overall clean / comfortable & great place to stay. Staff was super friendly and available
