My wife and I spent 4 nights at VelaSole. I gave this the highest rating for many reasons. The first and foremost reason is the director of the Hotel, Roxanne. During the high season we arrived by taxi because of our inability to get a car rental anywhere. Roxanne made a few phone calls and presto we had a car. She also took care of our laundry that was sorely needed. I can go on and on about the service and hospitality that Roxanne provided. Next is the location. Sardinia is made up of many little towns that are sometimes difficult to get in and out. This location is located in a critical position that allows you to go to many beaches in different directions with much ease. Give this hotel serious consideration if you are looking for a place to see the east coast of pristine Sardinia. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the restaurant is excellent!!

Struttura sita in zona molto tranquilla lontana dal caos ma allo stesso tempo a breve distanza da tutto ciò che serve. Struttura semplice ma con tutto il necessario per trovarsi a proprio agio, ovviamente è necessaria l’auto per gli spostamenti perchè le spiagge non sono comode da raggiungere a piedi. Il gestore è molto disponibile e cordiale, infatti ci siamo mossi seguando i suoi consigli e non ha sabgliato un colpo. The room was ok and clean but there was one towel hanging beside the bed from the people which stayed in the hotel before us. The breakfast was ok but we had to waiit 15min for it because it was not prepared at 8 o clock.
