Hotel Villa Paradiso

Stayed for 3 Nights really nice little place slightly expensive on the drinks though, the staff were lovely, it’s a shame they don’t have WI-Fi in the Bedrooms something the hotel should consider

Pro: The hotel is at a very good location. Close to the train station that will take you to the city and out of it. The breakfast wasn't all that (same old thing everyday), but the dinner was lovely..:a. variety every night. Con: No WiFi in the whole building except the swimming pool and lobby. You have to sort out your internet connection if you want to use internet throughout the stay. The major downside for me is the size of the pool didn't match the number of guests in the hotel. I couldn't have a proper swim in 7 days of staying there. Kids & their parents were in the adult section, leaving the kiddies pool empty! I mean, what is the essence of tennis having kiddies pool when adults section is going to be used by them.

I am a British Traveller who was staying for 4 nights. The Hotel was super easy to find, is a fairly large complex. Lots of Parking, it did get busy on a Saturday night parking wise but still managed to find a space. Staff were super friendly and spoke good English, directions to my room were clear and information about the bar/restaurant were good. Both pool areas are well maintained and the bar has a good selection of drinks. The room was very clean and spacious although a little outdated, plenty of space for clothes and a fridge and small safe in the room was welcome. The bed was quite uncomfortable and a couple of mornings I woke up with a back ache, may have just been my bed and others are newer/more comfy. Good location for the lake and nearby shops and restaurants... There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

The hotel is very sweet. The front desk staff and gianluca the bartender were great. The breakfast and staff were also very good. Price was great as well as location as it is an easy walk to several good restaurants. I loved that town. Go see Pietro at Osteria Mamareno is for dinner

This is a very clean but rather old property. Some rooms have nicely renovated bathrooms but this is the exception rather than the rule. Our bathroom was of a generous size and very clean, but the shower cubicle was tiny - I could only just fit in it, but certainly not bend over to was my feet! We had a problem with the lock on our door and the airconditioning and the staff were able to move us to another room which was very helpful. The whole hotel is labyrinthine as it has clearly been extended numerous times. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Always a good selection in the buffet, with both hot and cold food available for both meals. Soft drinks and wine are included with dinner, but not beer which is a little disappointing. You can buy beer and a variety of other drinks from the bar which is open all day and night. The pools are very nice. There is a deeper pool which is quite large and a smaller shallow pool for kids. There is no jacuzzi or anything but plenty of sun lounges. The wifi is only available in the lobby and bar, which seems a bit antiquated these days. Other than the pool there aren't any other facilities. It would be nice if there was a ping pong table, a billiards tables or a fitness centre (there is certainly space for them). We enjoyed our time at this hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but I couldn't see us staying more than 4 nights. It could be so much more if the whole place was modernised and they added some more facilities.

Great location, quiet surroundings. Beautiful pool area. The rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great with heaps of options. Staff were friendly. The chef who served the meat was lovely!! Happy with our stay! Would recommend

Although, the room was clean and restaurant staff courteous, the fact that they advertise the presence of WIFI it was only available in the lobby (not in the room). No service was offered for the bags transfer. I wouldn't go there again.

Staff (with the exception of 1 receptionist) were extremely nice and helpful *BUT* thats about it. Dont count on thw WiFi, its only available in the lobby area and close to ot but even that is SLOW and disconnects a lot. Food is terrible (breakfast and dinner) Its up hill so a little nagging. Lots of spider webs all around and dead insects. Beds werent comfortable. Shower is too small. Water pressure was good though. The most annoying thing is we stayed 5 nights. Not once did they add mote shampoo/soap. We asked once and the receptionist (the one whos not nice) said "tomorrow ok?" And i asked what?! She said "you need it now?" I said YES! so she unwillingly gave me one. The next day my wife asked her and she said only tomorrow because "house keeping isnt here. So together with her not giving more shampoo (which is also the soap) and the fact that for 5 nights/6 days, different house keeping personel wouldnt give more shampoo we understand that its dictated from management or something.

This place is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Beds are super hard which made my back ache for days. The breakfast was horrible, nothing healthy or even tasty. The service is rude. Would highly not reccomend it. The only bonus is it is close to town.

Room clean and big. Breakfast was good continental. Pool was very shallow, difficult to swim in and need bathing hat. Nice quiet out of town location with very nice spacious grounds. About 7 minutes walk down hill to town center. Large free car park.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls are paper thin and the live entertainment felt like it was in our room. The breakfast was also poor. We went at 8.30 (open 7.30-9.30) and most of the cereal and all of the pasteries and cheese and even the cutlery had gone! It is a massive room (over 100 seated) and so I dont know what everyone else ate. The tables had names on and we spent 10 minutes circulating the room only to find that we didnt have one. Staff werent helpful. Quite run down and very dated. Quite far out of the (fairly small) town centre but we thought quite reasonably priced. Re

Hotel bello e comodo ma un pò datato. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima la ristorazione sia colazione che cena. Bella la piscina. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno.

Jeg kom med min familie på 7 og var kun mødt med renlighed, super service og god stemning jeg kan klart anbefale og hvis vi skal tilbage til Italien bliver det bestemt dette hotel stedet ligger tæt på en sø, restauranter og legepladser for de små med en smuk udsigt

Flavia als einzige von der Reception freundlich und serviceorientiert - restliches Team unkompetent superfreundliches Personal im Speisesaal Zimmer renoviert und sauber - lieblose Einrichtung - sehr ringhörig schöne Poolanlage mit Olivenbäumen - Zentrum vom Hotel aus in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar zwar der Strasse nach (ohne Gehweg) - ruhige Lage

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dal centro, da rivedere il bagno un po' datato e purtroppo con colonia di formiche

Todo bien solo el desayuno de mala calidad, los embutidos de lo más corrientes los postres secos y pastosos el café espresso quemado, la cafetera para capuchino y otros cafés solubles y pésimos

Personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Unico neo la cucina: assenza di piatti tipici locali, scarsa qualità dei piatti serviti (cottura di gnocchi inadeguata: si appiccicavano al palato; costine al forno bruciate e molto grasse; risotto con liquido visibile, simile a minestra, pasta all’amatriciana mangiabile). Buono arrosto di vitello e salame di cioccolato. Colazione nella norma.
