The Panciolle hotel and restaurant is a very nice site. Very close to the Duomo and Rocca with a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view on the entire Spoletum valley. At the restaurant you find the real umbrian cooking, so delicious! Familiar management but the service offered is excellent and complete. Absolutely competitive the price!

Very comfortable stay in what feels more like a family restaurant with rooms than a hotel. Friendly, welcoming and very well sited just down the road from the Duomo and not far from one of the stops on the underground mechanised elevator/walkway system. A large,comfortable bedroom with great views over the terrace and the hills beyond. Outstanding food served on the terrace (or inside). We were sorry to leave. Why stay anywhere else in Spoleto?!

First, this property is situated really well to walk to most of the major attractions and numerous restaurants. That is the good part, getting to it can be tricky. Google maps will send you in a totally wrong direction and on some exceptionally narrow streets. The staff seemed very disorganized and we felt we were put into a surplus room, not one of the regular offerings. We were there only Monday and the restaurant is closed on Mondays, so we never had an opportunity to try it out.

The property needs refurbishment. In the bathroom the shower was next to the toilet - no separation. The water spreads across the floor. Both the bed and pillows were rock hard. The 'breakfast' was not worth going down to eat. I bought fresh croissants in the supermarket. The property is easy to find and convenient for local places of interest. The manager is pleasant.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Il punto forte è la struttura, immersa nella città vecchia, e con un panorama meraviglioso. La colazione è scarsa ma per il prezzo puoi goderti comunque un buon caffè/cappuccino, un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Hanno un buon ristorante. Super apprezzata la loro accoglienza per gli animali.

宿泊料が安く、場所もわかりやすく、清潔で、ハード面では、なんの問題もありませんでした。朝食もスタッフの方が一生懸命サービスをして下さるのが、伝わりました。ただ、英語を話すのが、オーナーらしき女主人の方が、朝食後も来ていなくて、check-outそしてその後についてコミュニケーションを取るのが難しかったですが、私の場合は、朝食のときのスタッフの女性が、根気よく対応して下さり、最後は携帯の翻訳アプリを取り出して下さり、こちらは英語で入力して、時間はかかりましたが、こちらの疑問に全て答えていただき、スッキリして観光に行くことができました。
