• A tourist tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. The tax is 6% of the room price, excluding VAT and additional services, but will not exceed a maximum equivalent amount of EUR 4 per person, per night. • A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 5.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.
