I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time. The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place.

A nice big hotel (which is rare for Italy). The hotel has free parking out front and is right across from the beach

This is a very modern hotel in a kind of rural area. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely! They couldn’t have been any more helpful. We checked in and found the plug for the hot tub on our balcony wasn’t working properly. Reception got maintenance who couldn’t instantly fix the problem so we were moved to the room next door. This room was exactly the same but the hot tub was fully functioning. The breakfast at the hotel was good. A large variety of options. We had lunch and cocktails from the bar area at the front of the hotel which was again lovely. We were treated to complimentary local delicacies whilst having our drinks. We stayed end of May and the whole area was very quiet. The beaches were empty but were beginning to get set up for the summer season. We were the only people sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. Which is a very rare opportunity! We walked to a local supermarket approximately 5mins away. We walked along the beach front for dinner locally and found a variety of local seafood based restaurants. Overall the stay could not have been any nicer. We will be back.

We had a horrible experience!! When you pay close to $600 for 2 days, you expect to have things like a working fridge in your room, we had to get ice, from the bar, 2 floors down, 2-3 times per day to keep the food we had bought cold! We had a shower that constantly flooded the entire bathroom and hallway floor and most importantly, a patio door that didn’t open and close properly!!! The reason we rented this one and paid all this extra money was because we had a hot tub on our balcony, so what’s the point of that if we can’t go out because the door won’t open, and when we do manage to get it open, it won’t close, hence letting all the mosquitoes in and being bitten all night long!!! The place was also infested with fruit flies. When we asked to speak to a manager to try and get some type of compensation for all of this, we were told in a VERY rude way that the managers weren’t there, she wouldn’t put us in contact with them and basically told us to leave! Worse hotel EVER and we have travelled all over the world! I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel!!! The only positive thing I have the say is that it had an amazing view!
