Terrific experience! Very nice facilities, amazing & very friendly staff. Accommodating to all needs possible. Comfy beds, rainfall shower, and a breakfast buffet that really kick starts the day. Even has a washer/dryer for backpackers like myself. Absolute game changer. Will be back & highly recommend

The hotel from outside portrays a 4 start hotel image but unfortunately it isnt from the standards they offer. We booked 4 nights stay for family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). They say it had a/c but unfortunately it doesnt work and their window in our room didnt open. We spent one night without any clear ventilation. The staff wasnt helpful much at all. Next day we were given another room and that as well didnt have its a/c working but their window could open and that wasn't pleasant experience as my 8 year old autistic child had issues with it. I complaint to the management but they didnt give a damn. Also, the room quality had issues like things broken (like toilet roll holder, water kept going clogging on shower tray and going out of tray into the bathroom etc). The staff makes policy in the go. Like we were given cutlery for food ordered from outside one night but the same staff rudely didnt give us next night stating its not the policy. They also advertise many tourist destinations with certain times but its all scam. Its not close to the main attractions and please avoid if you are coming with family or expecting decent connections to attractions. Overall we had a bad experience and would avoid the hotel if i had a choice. I wouldnt give them even 3 stars if had a way. Really unhappy customer and a family.

It was just okay — the air conditioner in the room didn’t work, and everything was too far from the main attractions, so getting around was a bit hard. I also didn’t really like the vibe of the place.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. However, the location is very far from the main tourist areas. If you’re planning to sightsee, this hotel isn’t the best option because it’s quite far from everything. I didn’t like the breakfast — it wasn’t very good. Also, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work well at all, and it got really hot. On the positive side, the cleaning was good and the staff was kind. The hotel itself isn’t bad, it’s just far from the main attractions. But I really didn’t like that the air didn’t work properly, the breakfast wasn’t tasty, and the food at the restaurant was extremely expensive.

Decent place clean and comfortable I’ll stay there again if I am visiting Milano

The property offers gym, breakfast and lunch. It is in a suburban town, but there is many sidewalks and it was pretty safe when we went walking around. There was shops and restaurants around the area if you did not want to stay in the hotel. It is a little away from Milan, but it is a nice and quiet hotel, very proffessional.

Rooms way too hot bunk beds were like prison beds squeaky and noisy. Breakfast hot food was cold but cold selections good. Terrible area limited restaurants if any. Close to Milan center . Not worth what I paid but price was prob hiked due to Grand Prix

The hotel was OK where there were small cosmetic issues here and there breakfast was good. We had a leak in our room from the AC.
