In général, it’s a great place to stay.

The room was always clean and bed sheets changed regularly. The staff very helpful and accommodating. We haven’t tried breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet area right behind the duomo! The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to ask for advice during a train strike. The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated. Even with a balcony that opened onto the palazzo, there was no noise at night. Would definitely return!

This hotel is really a gem. It is close to all attraction, the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was big and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us is an automatic light that was turning on at night from the mini bar station in the room on your way to the bathroom. The staff was really helpful and deactivated that light when ask. To access the hotel with a car it is tricky because you have to drive in a narrow pedestrian type of street. That being said it is very well explained by the staff and easy after you didn't once. I would recommend that hotel. We liked it so much that we decided to stay one more night.

Loved everything about this property!! It was the perfect stay in the best location in Siracusa! The hotel facilities were immaculate. All front desk and restaurant staff in particular Andres, Bruna and Mary were exceptional with helping us with all our questions and needs. They were great with recommendations for sites as well as dining. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again.

Fantastic location and modern hotel The negatives was parking it was extremely stressful to get the vehicle to the hotel The other issue I had there was a tip included in the final invoice this should not be done. Should you wish to tip it should be seperate and an amount of your choosing

Great staff and location. Food was amazing at the restaurant, highly recommend.

Every traveller in the last 4 years or so will have noticed the insanely abusive increase in worldwide accomodation pricing often doubling or tripling what rooms cost 5 years ago. After 20 days of travel between turkey and sicily i would say this hotel was by far the greatest value for the money spent. Impeccably curated in every detail, elegant decoration. Comfortable rooms and cleanliness. The restaurant is great too. I would stay here again every time i return to Siracusa. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean !

This was a beautiful hotel that was centrally located. Staff were friendly and amazing assisting with accessing the property given that this hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. Two staff members stood out Andres and Roberto. These two individuals were very helpful and responded promptly to any response that we made. Excellent customer service!!

SuperCool place to stay right in the center of Ortigia! Will def refer this to friends and family for their stay
