This property offers transfers from the train station (surcharges may apply). The annex building is located next to the main building. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. This property will place a credit card authorization for the first night of stay for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.
