Business trip: bed is 2 single bed not a double bed, balcony isn’t clean, rain flies and small bugs, shower pressure is good annoying with it positions and spelling water outside, they don’t have clima just heating or AC depending on season. Now is just hot, reception and breakfast is very good and garage service steps away from beach. Size ratio to reality there is a difference. Excellent customer suport.

Beautiful beach location. Missed not having coffee service in the room and having to go downstairs for morning coffee to enjoy on the terrace. Wasn't informed at check in even though it is advertised with air conditioning, they had shut it off. Only way to air out room in 77+ degree weather was leave door open all night which still doesn't pull air in when not on sea facing room. Pool wasn't heated either maybe due to time of year. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. 25 euros each for breakfast was high for 2 people that don't eat much, so declined it. Nice property, great view especially from rooftop.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Park Hotel. The hotel is clean, reception staff friendly and helpful and our room met our expectations. A couple of issues that led us to rate as “good” but not “excellent” - on our check-out day we were initially told we would not be able to use the hotel beach as it was “full” and new guests had checked in early. We felt this was a little unreasonable, in the end we were allowed to use the beach for 3 hours but still had to pay the daily €4.50 fee each. Also, whilst understandably the breakfast buffet is a served buffet during Covid, it is a very chaotic experience and we actually decided to go out for breakfast after our first day.

All staff welcoming and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. We were shown to our room which was large, comfy, clean and a very nice bathroom. Front facing with wonderful sea view and large balcony. Great location, easy walking distance to all Cattolica, although we did use the free bikes as well. We chose half board for our 6 night stay, the food was very good and again with a lovely sea view from the restaurant. Thanks to the waiter who spoke very good english, he was excellent! Bit disappointed that we were not able to stay over the weekend to join in the festival which started on the Friday evening. We had to go home early on the Saturday morning.

Park Hotel is very smart looking. Good service, the staff were helpful and always willing. It's on the end of the promenade by the port. Far enough away to be quiet, close enough to get to shops and reasturant. Busy road and bike lane to cross not great with children but doable. We only had breakfast which was typical continental, good choices. We were not aware there was an opportunity for a cooked breakfast nor were offered it. Shame as it would have been nice to have a change. There was a problem with the drains in the room, terrible smell. I asked to be moved to another room efficiently. Shame the pool was not heated, consequently unusable, so not much use to our family, it was early April maybe the water gets slightly warmer as the season progresses. Beds and pillows very hard, don't think they've caught up with the idea of a pillow that makes for a good night sleep yet. As it was the start of the season it was very quiet, no children's facilities ready or offered, everywhere was winding up being painted and put together on the hotel beach. It was lovely to have what there was around to ourselves and, we make our own holiday anyway, just would have been nicer for the children to have more around. Cattolica is a lovely family holiday venue. The hotel was nice and maybe comes into its own in high season. For our stay it was no more than an adequate bed and breakfast. Equally, it was lucky we had a hotel as Expedia messed up with the booking.....!

You can walk to this hotel from the Cattolica train station. The staff are very helpful and very nice. Although a really good location right by the beach, the rooms are in terrible condition. Don't get me wrong. The rooms get the job done but beds are old and very uncomfortable and the bathrooms are in terrible shape. The pool, food, and drinks are decent though. Not sure if I would book again next time. The rooms are in really rough shape.
