The building is located in a nice area with a great seaview. The apartment was quite well equipped, but I've found some insects inside the sheets which was not very pleasant. Cleanliness can be improved.

The Residence is perched high above Cogoleto with fine views across the Gulf of Genoa. It is worth making sure you have a 'sea view' as this is the main attraction. You also need your own transport and be prepared for the very steep mountain road with six tight hairpin bends. There is one restaurant close by but no shop or other facilities. The restaurant is very good, excellent food and good value. A bottle of house wine 7 Euros! However, it is very popular and often fully booked.

nice place however nothing to shout.. booked a sea view bungalow but seeing only woods.. with a peek of the sea.. not a real garden but ok for the small puppy running around.. towels provided were old and thin.. ventilation in toilet was miserable... after a day of 'airing'.. still back to a wet toilet...

Stayed here with friends. The apartments are the perfect size. You definitely need to have a car to get here and be careful driving up the steep cliffs in the dark. Bring food to cook in the kitchen or go to the local restaurant that is within walking distance. Friendly staff, reception is NOT open 24/7 so be sure to check in when they are open. We almost missed it! Hotels advertises a bar on location but that wasn't the case. Overall, very happy and would stay again.

da direkt vor dem Hotel ein größeres Haus gebaut wird, daher auch Baulärm,3 km vom Strand entfernt, liegt oberhalb der Autobahn, sehr gutes Restaurant angeschlossen
