There was four of us. We stayed there for two weeks. We had breakfast every day, which was amazing. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. I would definitely come back and spend another two weeks at the desk were very good and very helpful when we had a problem, they resolved it. They helped us get through The language barrier I can’t say enough good things about this staff at the Sheraton

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The check-in process was easy and convenient. The hotel is very close to the airport, which was also a major plus for us. The breakfast buffet is very good!

Turn and was totally more than what we expected the breakfast was except the service was exceptional the rooms were a little outdated and we had a couple issues one on 2425 there was only warm water we could not get hot water I don’t know 2414 we had to move our room because it window just flew open when it was raining so I was not impressed with that The people that work there were exceptional. They were very helpful in every way.

Alla reception mi è stata data una camera in un edificio diverso da quello in cui avevo prenotato, cosa che ho gradito molto in quanto avevamo la cena in quell'edificio. Non sono riuscito a spengere in riscaldamento, il cui rumore mi disturbava. Non era possibile aprire la finestra.

I would not recommended for budget travel, no shuttle from and to the airport. They only have one shuttle at 7 am with other hotel shuttle. It’s cost me 50 Euro from the airport, and 31 Euro to the airport.

Although a there were a few glitches with some of our group's bookings due to misunderstanding/language barrier, we received fantastic services from most of the staff at Sheraton Rome Parco de Medici Golf 2. I would specifically mention Billy (Porter), Marco & Daniella (Concierge), Laura (Restaurant & Bar), plus Ana and Martina at the front desk who made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
