Great overall but even bottled water costs money. Most of the 4 star hotels in Europe would give at least two free bottles of water. In fact star hotel in Milan provides free water

A corner room with the bathroom in triangular shape
In the bathroom was no heating and it was ice cold on the floor and everywhere, there was also no extractor fan for bad smells and the only way to get some warmth in the bathroom was by leaving the bathroom door open all the time.
All b all an unpleasant experience and a single room which was sold for a double with a paid for upgrade

More bilingual staff required, esp English speaking. Staff should assist by giving clear directions into the city area. We lost out on seeing this beautiful city as we went the wrong direction and it was too late to fathom out where we were. Handing the map over to you without précis directions is of no use as everything is written in Italian.

Air conditioning didn’t work, room was terrible hot. I went down to the lobby to complain in the middle of the night, staff didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer another room. They just sent a guy to my room 2 am to open the window. Worst experience ever. On top of that the entire cooling system made a terrible noise every 2 minutes making impossible to rest there.
