The level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail was truly world-class and made our visit to Rome even more memorable. A very special thank you to Lourdes and Katy, who provided absolutely unbelievable service and hospitality. They went above and beyond every single day, always greeting us with genuine smiles, remembering the little details, and making every meal feel like a special occasion. Their kindness and dedication are a true reflection of what luxury hospitality should be. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of authentic Italian flavor. Tasteful, luxurious urban hotel. Many nice touches that together compose a high-end experience. Excellent breakfast spread with something for everyone. Genuinely warm staff eager to greet and assist. Nice room with powerful air conditioning, a must in the current heat wave. Very good twice daily housekeeping — clean, clean, clean. No complaints here, only compliments. Highly recommended.
