Amazing and super clean. Staff very helpful. Would stay here again. Family suite was nice. Rooms next to one another with a tiny hallway adjoining. Great breakfast.

This is one of a small chain of hotels run by Places of Charme. It's first class throughout - quiet, classy, and with tasteful new furnishings, large rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is well managed, with a pool bar, and the beds have movable shades to shield your head from the sun. We stayed in 9 places during our 3 week visit to Italy and this was one of the best - I'd be happy to stay there again.

This is one of a small chain of hotels run by Places of Charme. It's first class throughout - quiet, classy, and with tasteful new furnishings, large rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is well managed, with a pool bar, and the beds have movable shades to shield your head from the sun. We stayed in 9 places during our 3 week visit to Italy and this was one of the best - I'd be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay at Villa Neroli. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location, though outside the center of Florence was great. Taking the bus from the hotel was easier than we thought it would be, and it was actually preferable to driving, as parking in Florence is very difficult.

This property was amazing. Staff and front desk were very accommodating by helping us find taxis and places to eat. The pool was beautiful, and the overall feel of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property, and we will return.

The overall experience staying here was very good. The only drawback was that it’s a bit far from downtown and the historical sites in Florence, so we had to take a taxi every time we went out.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The pool was clean and sunny, and not too busy in May. Easy to get into Florence by bus, which is only 1€, which I would recommend for dinner as there are not many places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant is expensive.

Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again.

I liked swimming pool, breakfasts, nice and polite staff. The area is quiet and nice with good restaurants and gelaterias. Lidl is close if you need to buy anything. Bus stop in walking distance.
