The staff! Is everything!

Our 4th stay here and it will not be the last. We have been coming to Jamaica for over 20 years and our only regret is that we didnt find this place sooner. The staff is what makes this place...but the grounds are gorgeous, beds are comfy, food at the resort and in the area is the best, we feel safe, and taken care of. We have nothing more we could ever ask for in addition.

Property personnel’s were superb I recommend y’all go book your stay NOW. BIG up Romaine at the bar..

Conveniently located on 7 mile beach. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Relaxing and fun experience

Property was very enjoyable. Location was great!! Amenities were great(pools, hot-tub, bar, dining and grill). If I had one complaint, it is that the air conditioner filters needed cleaning. There was a cigarette odor coming from ours. To be fair we didn’t report it so it could be done while we were there.

Coco continually maintains and upgrades the property. Has a great beach. Have nothing but good things to day about our stay

Nice place. Little loud at night if your room is close to the road. Food and beverages on site are a bit expensive. Amazing beach and really nice staff. Rooms are clean and well kept.

Beautiful

We just came back from the holiday in CocolaPalm. I would say overall was good but I would not go back again for sure. First to start with that this is definitly a three star accomodation and no more that that. Rooms are not issolated at all you can hear everythink what is happening outside and they can hear you as well. Inside the rooms is a very basic set up. We had a only breakfast board but I can tell you they serve the same continental breakfast everyday. No change, every day same cakes, same fruits, no choice just to let you know. The staff in the restaurant is missarable and rude we did not like them at all. Talking about the meal their restaurant/bar is the most expensive on that beach, we never ordered anythink from there, just go next door they much more cheaper . This hotel is has mainly 50 age gruop guests not many families and youg guests we feel in some point like in retirement home. The good point is that it is located on the beach but bare in mind all the hotels are also as it is a 7 mile beach. It is beautifull beach for sure. Only big problem is that there is constanly someone trying to sell you drugs on the beach and and I am not talking just weed. Security is very poor they just look at them and do nothink about it. I would like to point out the souvenir guy on site he is awesome/polite and sell souvenirs for reasoneble price. Jamaica is very expensive everyone is talking in hundreds for anythink you want to do around there so bring a lot of cash

We were back for our second stay at Coco La Palm. It was definitely the most popular hotel in the area! We love the value, service, location, staff, pool and garden here! The food is very good as well.

An excellent boutique hotel, the staff were friendly, service was great and the food was great. We loved it and will return.

The beach frontage is very nice, with heavy shade from seagrape trees (if you want shade). The property is well kept and quiet. I'd return for sure!

The climate, the people, shortly everything

This place is excellent. Don’t tell your friends, I want to keep it all to myself!! Seriously, I’ve been coming back here for years because it is literally perfect.

Property is GREAT, however, I paid for Breakfast included and for a child through Expedia ... I only got Continental breakfast and was told children were FREE. Be aware of your bookings and CANCEL ASAP if you get a receipt that does not list what you paid for.

This was an excellent choice. It was my first time to Negril and I was not disappointed.
