Hotel Riu Reggae - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I wasn't able to check into my room until after 5p.m. I missed the dinner reservation. This experience was not at all good at any point. I'm looking forward to hearing from someone soon. Thanks for your attention to this matter

My Husband and I overall had a great experience. The guest at this location was more on the loud and party vibe, we were looking to relax. The hotel staff was great, food delicious ... but our favorite part was the AMAZING ENTERTAINMENT!

The food was good and the excursions were good too.

We’ve been to Jamaica before and absolutely loved it, mainly bc of how fun and friendly the staff was. This was not the case at this resort. Some were very rude. If you don’t have cash on hand (while in your bath suit) be prepared to be ignored or scowled at. The one time I did bring cash down to tip, it was stolen within the hour. And the cleanliness was not great at all.

This resort is very organized and we enjoyed every day from sunrise to sunset. If you’re wanting a quieter experience I would not recommend Saturday for an arrival. Saturday afternoon is a big party and is really fun especially for young adults. Every evening was filled with entertainment. From bingo to silent disco (my favorite) to musical theatrical such as drums were above and beyond our expectations. Truly enjoyable. The food at the buffet and Asian restaurants were our favorite. The steakhouse restaurant was not very good. Something with the quality of the meat because it was very chewy and unflavored. Outside of the buffet all of the restaurants had horrible desserts. Overall from sunrise to sunset we enjoyed it all. Thank you to all of the staff.

If you someone who likes to party and mingle this is definitely the place to stay.

Great overall experience!

The view and beach access was beautiful and great location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay at this location again. Close to the airport.

It was ok

The property was spotless! Great entertainment every night, from a live band, live DJ night, karaoke, the list goes on.

Absolutely love

This was my second time staying here. But this experience was horrible. Upon getting to our room, the ceiling can was rattling and making a loud vibrating sound, bar bottle were empty and loud fan running in the bathroom. Put in service request to have bar stocked, but never happened. Also but in service request for fan 3 times and maintenance did respond, but they never fixed the fan. Had to be moved to another room because we wasn't able to sleep due to the fan noise. I was also there for my birthday and wanted to go to the steak restaurant, but was reservations avaible my entire 5 days there. How is that possible as we checked every day from the first day we arrived. Went and complained to front desk staff and was promised hey would figure out something and get back to me, but no one never got to me. NO response, follow-up or calls as promised. I won be coming back for a third stay based on this experience, nor recommend it as I have done in the past.

I will say the menu needs to be updated seasonally. My husband and I paid $200 for a romantic dinner on the beach. The receptionist forgot to mention that lobster was no longer on the menu and therefore we had shrimp and steak. The lights were out on the beach so majority of the time we also had to sit in the dark. So not the greatest part of the day for our 25 year anniversary. But overall it was okay.

Everything was great! The staff, the clean resort, entertainment beach, food options, literally everything.

The staff and service was excellent. Even though it appears to be an older property, it was clean and well maintained. Entertainment was also good and very lively.
