The staff is EXCELLENT! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool areas. I think they could invest in a full spa. We booked and were under the impression that all three in our party could be serviced at once, but it is more of a one person at a time setting. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. The drivers they recommended were great as well. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Kingston.

The hotel is worn. It’s fine to stay but certainly not worth the price, nor is it on the same level is the S in Montego Bay.

From the minute we arrived outside and were offered refreshing drinks the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is gorgeous: comfortable beds by the outdoor pool, a large hot tub and friendly bar staff. It hosts a celebration of Jamaican art and culture in the corridors and rooms which gives a sense of character which can be lost in some high-end but cloned hotels. Here we knew we were in Kingston. Breakfast was great. Everyone was tuned in to ensuring we had a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay in New Kingston. Lovely hotel w a great breakfast (esp the Jamaican breakfast dishes). We had to wait 45 mins for our room to be ready when we arrived at our check-in time (3pm) - while the lobby area is really nice, I wish they had offered to hold our bags and let us hang out in the terrace bar or other guest-only areas while we waited, or given us some idea of how long the wait would be. Other than this initial wait, staff were really great. The standard king room is nothing special (our view was to exterior stairs and tarped roof area) but loved spending time at the cabana pool area and the sky bar.
