Great stay just not for me. Entire place was spotless and very clean. staff was very nice and courteous but the capsule mattress was very thin and hard to sleep on

Cleanliness and helpful staff

the staff were really friendly and the capsules were more spacious that i thought ! this was perfect for me to stay for one night

It’s very clean and orderly. The location was great. However, there’s absolutely nowhere to really get your stuff together unless you’re a mighty light traveller. The sinks are cramp together and the vanity is not enough either. There’s no space for rest. I’ve stayed with them in other locations and they were all different.

I stayed for here 1 night and found it to be a good option for budget travel. Very clean and quiet with excellent shared hygiene facilities. The floors are gender segregated for safety and the sleeping areas are very quiet . This was my first experience of a true "capsule" hotel and it was very novel to sleep in something that looked like Star Trek. There are plenty of dining options nearby . My only issue was the distance from the train station, as I was walking with a suitcase and backpack .

It was cool

It was clean and the people were friendly. It felt very secure. There is no carpet in the capsule area so every little noise echoed all night. There was no area to eat or have snacks like the 9 hrs in Nagoya. The pillows were hard like rocks.

Very clean, plenty of toilets and showers. If you stay more than one night, you're required to check in and out every day to allow the staff to clean; luggage just stays in the your assigned locker. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby

I recently stayed at a Capsule Hotel, and although I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the inconsiderate and noisy guests, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any sleep due to the constant noise, which makes it difficult for me to recommend this experience. However, I must mention that the hotel itself is nicely designed and the staff members are friendly. Despite the hotel's pleasant ambiance and helpful staff, my overall experience was heavily affected by the inconsiderate behavior of other guests. I had the misfortune of being surrounded by a group of very noisy individuals who disregarded others' need for rest. It is important to note that the hotel and its staff cannot be blamed for this issue, as they did their best to address the situation. However, due to the lack of sleep caused by the disturbance, I cannot recommend this hotel as an enjoyable experience. It is a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff members are pleasant.

Good location, clean, decent wifi. You do have to check out at 10 am, even if you’re staying consecutive nights, so it’s inconvenient if you’re trying to stay for a while, but a great option if you just need a place to stay for 1 night.

Being a capsule hotel this stay was comfortable, clean, relatively cheap, and they provided good amenities such as pyjamas, towels, toothbrush, and slippers. Though when I stayed some of the staff seemed as if they didn't care very much but check in was quick and simple. Plus of course there is nowhere really to talk, relax, sit, or eat as the only space is the bathroom and your capsule. Overall the stay was comfortable and the design of the capsules is very cool, they have enough room to comfortably sit up in. Would stay again

Shower and bathrooms were amazing..if you go for the breakfast option the give you a gift card to Starbucks.

The hotel was very clean. I appreciated that the lockers, showers and sleeping area were separate. A robe, slippers and toothpaste are provided as well as towels. Each shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The wi fi was free and, while a little slow, worked well. Very good property for the price! My only wish is that the pillow had been better or that I could have had another one. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

You can hear other people. If you’re a light sleeper, get some headphones. Otherwise you have everything you need.

Near to shopping area

bad bed cover, irritates the body. Better off in terms of location, a 7:11 shop on site. Also lockers were bigger thsn in Tokyo capsule at Takabasi.

Very simple check in process and the hotel is very clean
