Very good location. Ideal to travel to Shibuya, Ginza and Shinjuku. Around the area has a 24 hours drug store and two more drug stores as well as 2 family mart and 7/11 nearby. You can walk to Akasaka station (8mins) or walk to Akasaka-Mistsuke station (2mins). There’s also a BIC Camera store located at the station, very convenient. The best thing about the hotel room is that the toilet is not cramp and the water pressure is amazing. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were really warm and welcoming. However, the rooms are tiny which is to be expected for Tokyo but I had two suitcases with nowhere to open them up except the bed. The shower walls seemed dirty, with streaks everywhere. The walls on the corridors were dark and dirty and it just felt a bit dingy. Despite being in a busy street, I couldn't hear anything was good.

I'm disappointed because I've never experienced such a big disconnect between the atmosphere conveyed by the photos and the reality. It's staggering how this hotel got in the Michelin guide. You'd expect a relatively spacious cozy room with a soft large bed. In reality the room feels just shabby, tiny as any budget hotel in Japan, narrow hard bed with 2 sides against walls, furniture literally falling apart, and borderline disgusting carpet. The only part that matched the expectations was the bathroom.

Great courteous staff, small but clean rooms, loved the little check in gift, water and tea in lobby. Ability to order massage to your room (a little more expensive that surrounding options but not bad). Great location, train station, food loads of shops around. Only con I have is the breakfast- Bread, coffee, tea, juice - no protein or fruit options. Very limited and no space to eat, must take tray back to your room. Excellent stay otherwise.

Great location, next to train station and restaurants. The hotel itself is run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. The room was dirty and hadn’t been dusted. The furniture was old and worn. The chair was ripped and dingy. Walls were banged up and damaged from luggage. It’s unfortunate that it was in sad shape as the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The location is convenient as the train station is really near. There is a nearby airport limousine bus as well for the tourists. Lots of food around the area. Their complimentary bread and coffee/ tea in the morning is lovely too, as well their free bottled water. Staff communicates very well and really accomodating. But when it comes to the hotel room itself, the room feels so outdated, old and dusty. The carpet is really dark and are not vacuumed or cleaned enough. The ceiling of the bathroom has molds and so is their windowsill. The bathroom sink has heavy duty duct tape and the cupboards has some tape as well. The airway panel of the room is dusty as well. Their rooms are not well lit and some days the sewage smells as well. The entirety of the hotel needs an upgrade.

Staying here was truly the best decision we could have made! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the train station, with a 7-Eleven right behind the hotel, a FamilyMart directly across the street, a pharmacy within a short walk, and plenty of great restaurants nearby if you want to stay close for the evening. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the unlimited complimentary water is such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast is perfect for a quick bite before heading out to explore for the day. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone I know, we absolutely loved it!

Location – 10/10 Staff – 10/10 Cleanliness – 9/10 Comfort – 9/10 We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab food anytime. The hotel provides free unlimited simple breakfast, as well as water, tea, and coffee throughout the day — which is awesome and very thoughtful. It’s also incredibly convenient for shopping, as Don Quijote is just right behind the hotel — perfect for last-minute shopping. Plus, there are two stations very close by, making transportation extremely easy. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon here to start our time in Japan and absolutely loved the staff and service and setting. Perfect location for getting around Tokyo and the room was super comfortable. Also very helpful with luggage forwarding to the next hotel in Kyoto for us. The staff had a very nice card celebrating our honeymoon in our room. Really recommend this place for anyone traveling to Tokyo.
