ANA Crowne Plaza HIROSHIMA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I liked the idea of the hotel as it’s close to the peace museum. The staff are nice, but even with google translate two concierge employees couldn’t help me to find dinner options, even with such a basic request. The room is nice and clean but the shower / bathroom just has a feeling of low cost when this is clearly a luxury hotel. The lack of plugs in the room isn’t ideal when needing to charge multiple Devices. The rooftop view is very mediocre and the Restraunt on the roof is quite unappealing. With that said I did think the room and lobby were nice.

Brilliant place to stay when visiting Hiroshima and wanting access to the Peace Park. So walkable. Staff are super helpful. Beds were comfie and rooms large enough for our family. Overpriced food and drinks at the hotel but so many options on your doorstep. Would totally recommend. Brilliant service including late checkout for IHG members until 2pm.

Location was good, but room was so small for luggage and two people. Shower was in bath with cheap shower curtain. No space on counter. Lights were harsh.

The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have onsite laundry facilities for a long stay, but we found a very convenient facility within 2 blocks. They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands.

Very misleading photo. You get what you pay for I guess. Room was so small and outdated. Floor carpet leading into room was falling apart. Hotel needs an upgrade for sure

Very well located to visit Peace Park and Museum. Large rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Excellent Teppanyaki on site and cute coffe shop in the lobby

The hotel was excellent. The reason why I was disappointed was because of the change policy. My plans changed so I had to move my stay forward one week. There was absolutely no compensation given for that. I have been a faithful client for Hotels.com and I hope to continue. However if the penalty is not adjusted in some way I will be moving to one of your competitors. The policy used to be that a no show would be charged for that one night then reservation cancelled. Hopefully you can make an adjustment so that I can remain a good customer. Check my past history. Thank you for your attention to this.

Best location. About 10 minutes walk from the Bus Center, n bus stops around the hotel. 3 minutes walk to the Peace Park. Shopping street and restaurants. pretty much everywhere is within walking distance. Breakfast is good. Staffs are helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Near Peace Memorial Park, which every human should visit, if possible. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great property! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, walkable to Peace Park

If you only spend a night or two and mainly visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, this hotel is only minutes away on foot. Otherwise, this place isn't close to the Hiroshima station. The room I got was surprisingly tiny for the price, but at least their shower is very powerful and the bed is comfortable.

I booked a standard room, 2 Twin beds & the room is small & 2 twin beds sat side by side. I can hardly climb up from the end of the bed next to the window. I checked & was told I had booked a compact twin beds. If I had seen the wording of “Compact”, I won’t book this room. I ended up upgrading the room & I am happy to pay extra. We have stayed with ANA Kobe before traveling to Hiroshima & the room provided matched with the room description of standard room, 2 twin beds. ANA Hiroshima was the first ANA we had bad experience

Super close to that sad Hiroshima museum and the dome. The staff is super helpful and helped us ship our luggage to the next location. The restaurant is really good. They also have really fun amenities like an eye mask and a great bath tub. They also have netflix on their TV you just login to which was really nice. Also got a massage there for like $35 and it was awesome.

I would like to say that this was a great hotel but the truth is, there’s room for improvement. It was quite a nice room with a decent amount of space by Japanese standards. The hardness of the bed however prevented us from having a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is a bit dated and the shower is sub-par for this level of accommodation. The breakfast buffet had a decent amount of both western and Japanese choices however, almost every hot-food item was mostly cold even though we were having breakfast at 6:30 AM every day. The location was excellent with lots of transportation options a short walk away and walkable distance to most of Hiroshima’s major attractions.
