Hotel room has room to open flat luggage beside bed and furniture. While the hotel room is not new, the bed is comfortable to get a good night sleep. Overall, a better than expected stay.

We booked the hotel for it's close proximity to Odori Park for the snow festival based on the recommendation of a friend from Sapporo. The Susukino subway station is a quick walk around the corner and made travel to and from the airport very easy. Breakfast buffet and dinner were included with our stay for adults and the prices for food for our children were reasonable. Our room had two twin beds, and we were able to get a futon for an additional 2000 yen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located in Susakino, close to subway station. Room was spacious enough and very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and exceptionally so at the breakfast venue. The breakfast was diverse and catered to Japanese and Western cuisine. Very convenient for shopping and getting around. No complaints

Bathtub too high for seniors and makes noise when you step on it.
Window cannot be open because you can see the top of the next building with the airconditioners on them … no Good view.

Location is amazing! Rooms are big for Japan and the staff were very helpful and kind. In susukino with ramen alley just out the back door, this is the most ideal place to stay in sapporo.

Overall the stay was ok. Location is good. A lot of good restaurants and shopping area nearby.
The rooms are big enough.
Though lesson learned, the nature of our booking does not allow us to choose non-smoking due to hotel being fully booked. Carefully check the booking conditions. Though the staff were kind enough to make our room smell less of smoke.
