Great amenities, although their swimming pool can only be used in summers and their gym access is rather expensive (separate payment). Their check in and check out processes are automated but really simple. This means that although there can be many guests checking in and out, the queue is fast because they have multiple machines for these and they are easy to do. Their staff are nice and helpful. They can clean rooms every day, even when you put the sign a bit later than recommended. This hotel is near the bus and train station, and Dohtonbori can be walked from here. They also have convenience store inside the hotel and in front of the hotel. Public bath is also available (men's and women's baths are separated), but tattoos are not allowed.

Great place if you’re just passing through Osaka, close to trains stations and Dotonbori. The 7/11 inside the hotel was a plus too!

Excellent location only a few blocks from the train station and Dotonbori. Rooms were actually much larger than expected and came with many creature comforts. The automated check in process was a breeze and moved a long line of guests very efficiently.

The hotel is great overall, the only thing I wasnt crazy about was their big breakfast buffet. It had many options but it wasnt the best tasting. I ate there once and then either skipped breakfast other days or went to get breakfast in dontonbori.

If using the hotels luggage storage provide additional time to give the luggage and receive the luggage. There's usually quite a long line.

Place was a good stay. The rooms are tiny, though. Smaller than a cruise cabin. Overall was clean, quiet and 711 in the 4th floor was an amazing touch. We practically lived off it.

Not nearly enough lifts for the number of rooms, takes you 10-15 mins to just get out of the place. The breakfast price was astronomically expensive, not worth it at all - go explore Osaka for any meals.
Rooms tiny but clean. Location is very convenient, that is all I would stay here for.

We booked a twin-bed room with increased conform and the space was lovely and fresh. The view from the room on the 39th floor was grea. I found the staff less helpful than in other hotels and the aim of trying to automate everything made it less personable

We loved our stay at the APA Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower. It was in a great location, the public bath was beautiful and extremely clean, and the rooms were clean. While the rooms were very small compared to hotels back in the US, there was room to store luggage under the bed, which we found to be extremely helpful. There was a 7-Eleven inside of the hotel, which was a huge plus. Additionally, they had multiple washers and dryers, which made doing laundry a breeze. When we come back to Osaka in the future, we will certainly consider this hotel to stay at again.

This hotel has everything you need. Onsen, pool (was closed), 7-11, ATM, public laundry area, etc. the room is cleaned everyday. Very small but they provide everything you need. There’s no view, your view will be internal building. So it’s a place just to sleep and go out to explore. Close to the station.

Excellent property with great transport options using the Kansai Wide Area JR Pass. The public bath was clean and usable everynight that we didn't even need the room showers. For a family of four we got the connecting rooms to maximise our space.
