The hotel has many facilities in the same buildings, such as a mini market, public bath, and laundry room. The staff are nice and helpful. This hotel has a clothes compression machine that saves quite a good space in luggage.

I really enjoyed staying at Apa Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda Eki Tower. The location is very close to Umeda Station. There is a luggage storage facility before check in and after check out. The staff are many and all friendly, and they are all good looking. This is a hotel with the most complete facilities during my visit to Japan. The room is not spacious but the facilities are complete, the bedding is clean and tidy, the amenities in the room are complete, they provide yukata and pajamas too. There are vending machines, microwaves, ice cube machines, hot springs, coin laundry, Lawson in the building, restaurants in the building, spa in the building. Breakfast on the 3rd floor, with a very diverse menu and delicious taste. Will come back to stay here again if I have the opportunity to play in Osaka again.

Clean and upscale at a reasonable price point. Staf very curteous and centrally located to the entirety of the city of Osaka. Will definitely stay there again at some point.

I love staying APA chain hotels. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. They provide many amenities, I especially love the spa. They also have a quick way to check in and out. I will stay in this chain every time I go to Japan. =) They made my experience in Japan so much better! Thank you APA hotel!

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. I would not recommend going here with children. I am a frequent traveller & have been in many hotels but this is the first time I have ever gone to a hotel that charges to use the swimming pool. Stayed a week & found out they charge per hour for swimming. With a 15 and 11 year old who wanted to swim paid about £20/hr. 15 yr old charged as adult 🙄. Good for corporate stays not family holiday. Pool is also very small. Food was great and restaurant staff very good.
