The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English, but we used Google Translate to communicate. The room was spacious. The bath was very warm, but relaxing. Very traditional Japanese breakfast as well. Overall, great experience.

The quietness makes me feel I return to nature again. Besides, the service was so good, people at Bekkan were friendly and supportive. I enjoyed 1 night staying here and definitely want to go back someday.

A lovely stay in a ryokan. The room was very large, the onsen facilities were great and it was easy to check in with very polite and helpful staff.
The meals were great - very traditional Japanese food and a great way to try lots of new foods and explore the Japanese culture. An essential part of the Japanese experience.

Very nice accommodations for the price. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff (although their English is limited). Essential instructions are provided in English (although we are able to communicate in Japanese). Very generous and tasty Japanese style meals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reasonable but good accommodations and is willing to challenge the language gap.

とても親切に対応頂き、食事は美味しくボリューム満点。
部屋は階下が温泉だったため、子どもが多少はしゃいでも安心感があり助かりました。

夫婦で利用しました。カメムシが部屋に出現するので苦手な方は注意です。捕獲用のガムテープが部屋に置いてあり、フロントに連絡すれば対処もしてもらえるようでした。(我が家は旦那が平気だったので旦那が捕獲しました) スタッフさん達は皆さん優しくあたたかい印象でした。温泉も気持ちよかったです。ありがとうございました。

予約したふじ屋別館が一時休業したとのことで、本館にあたる果実の山あづま屋旅館に変更してもらいました。より立派な建物に見え、部屋や浴場は快適で清潔でした。特筆できるのは食事の美味しさで、丁寧なサービスでゆっくり賞味できました。また源泉掛け流しの温泉の後は無料のマッサージ機で快適に過ごせました。オールインクルーシブは利用しませんでしたが、豊富な漫画ライブラリーやウエルカムドリンクとケーキで、何の不満もない滞在を楽しみました。

夕食が想像していたものよりもとても良かったです。お肉もお刺身もあり、品数も量もあって大満足でした。飲み物の注文などのときも子供に気さくに話しかけて下さって、日本ならではのおもてなしの気持ちを感じられました。
建物やお部屋の作りは古く、温泉も露天風呂がないので、モダンなお宿をお探しの場合は少し違うと思いますが、田舎ならではの良さを感じられる良いお宿でした。ありがとうございました。

子連れで一泊しました。
仲居さんた達が子供に話しかけてくださったり色々と気配りをしてくださいました。
お料理は量が多めで、完食出来ませんでした。すみません。
お風呂が熱めで子供が入るにはちょっと熱く残念でした。
あと部屋の洗面所からなんとも言えない排水溝からの匂いがあり気になりました。
