Close to the Shin-Yokohama station. I had an early trip scheduled the next morning, so the convenience of having so many choices of restaurants within walking distance was great.

Staff was very kind and the room was always clean. The staff would rearrange my daughter's plushies she left on the bed in fun poses which was awesome to see each day we got back from exploring. There's a 7-11 barely 2 blocks down the street for easy snacks and ATM access. The train station is also close which houses several places to shop and eat as well. All around, this hotel is in a great location and a wonderful place to stay!

Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice! I usually stay in business hotels around Tokyo so it was surprising how much space it had. It was very easy to check-in. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my phone number and address. They didn't care that my address and phone number weren't a Japanese address/phone number compared to some hotels.
The area around the hotel was perfect. It is within walking distance from the station and there are many many places to eat and shop. There were days when I did not have to ride the train to go to a different area because they had almost everything within Shin-Yokohama.

An amazing hotel for the price i payed . Bathrooms are a little small im 6'1 220lbs for reference. But great location train is literally across the street its also a bullet train stop . Tons of restaurants around and east to go anywhere
