Bright Park Hotel

The manager and staff went truly above and beyond to help us as we had lost our passports. The hotel itself is well located and the room was large by Japanese standards. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Kochi.

The room smelled bad. The karaoke across the hotel is so loud and couldn’t sleep. The walls are thin.

Convenient transportation, quiet, clean, good services

This was one of the nicer hotels I stayed at during my recent trip to Japan. The location was super. The room was especially spacious and even had a small couch in it. Everything was in nice condition and cleanliness overall was very good. I only stayed here one night with my 6 year old daughter, but overall we really liked it. The unitized bathroom was slightly larger and much better laid out than some others we saw. On the negative side, there did not appear to be coin operated washers available... info in the room only mentioned a laundry service. Also I think a free breakfast was offered when I booked the room, but that only applied to me and not my daughter... I had to pay an additional 800 yen for her breakfast. And we did spot a shockingly dusty area under the bed (and not very far under) in an otherwise spotless room.

Value for money, room size is good except the breakfast with not much choices

Good location being walking distance to the train station and the main tourist attractions in Kochi. Staff were helpful and spoke English quite well. Amenities were sufficient and the A/C was very good (a godsend given the heatwave!). However, WiFi was patchy from my room and I felt that compared to other similar hotels in Japan, it was not as clean and modern.

Pleasant hotel with good, simple breakfast, handy for station and city centre

The overall feel and experience was very good. If I find myself back in the area again, I'll rebook with them.

Area is packed with great restaurants and shops. Japanese style breakfast is good too in the hotel.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to shopping mall, restaurants, and so on. The response of a staff person at front desk was not good enough.

Great little hotel for a couple to stay for a weekend in Kochi - near the castle, near Hirome food court: clean, comfortable, and the service was great.

In an area that has a lot of restaurants. And very close to kochi castle and some shopping area. 10 mins walk to the bus limousine that take you to airport. Great value.

このホテルに泊まってよかったです。残念なのがバスタブに毛が数本落ちていてもう少し清潔感が欲しかった。食事もよかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

朝ごはんがバイキングならよかった。

またお世話になりました スタッフさんも親切でとても快適で過ごしやすいホテルです
