お出迎え時に抹茶をたてていただきとても気持ち良い入館でした。お部屋も清潔感があり、老舗の料理旅館っぽくないしつらえで心地よく過ごせました。料理は季節感もあり、地元の食材と地の日本酒を頂きましたが大満足お部屋で食事をさせてもらいましたが程よい距離の接客でした。お風呂も貸切風呂があり、広さも温度も不自由なことは１つもありませんでした。また雪の降る寒い時期、古川の魅力を楽しみに行きたいです。

Absolutely beautiful place. A classic Japanese style ryokan with modern amenities such as western beds, private toilet and electric heaters. (As well as the ultra-cosy kotatsu!) Impeccable service and friendly welcome from host and staff. Communication is fine with a few Japanese words and Google Translate to hand. (A little reading up on Ryokan etiquette and manners are recommended for the uninitiated.) The Japanese breakfast sets you up for a day exploring the area. Or just spend your time in your own bubble soaking up the views and atmosphere.
