Nice, clean home in a quiet neighborhood, with comfy futon beds upstairs. It's felt very roomy for our party of three, but with only one washroom that had a vanity, it may feel a bit cramped for any larger groups. There's two toilets, but the upstairs bathroom has no sink, just the typical Japanese toilet (where you can rinse your hands with the water being dispensed into the tank) so you have to walk downstairs to wash your hands with soap. The kitchen is spacious and comes with all the tools and utensils you would need to cook (if you choose) except for a dish drying rack. We ate out for most meals. There's a grocery store and several convenience stores within walking distance, and several train stations as well. Hanazonocho station is actually the closest and easiest to walk to, especially if you have luggage. Having the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver, and easy to use. Their capacity is much smaller than American ones, and if you plan to use the dryer function, assume you'll need to do laundry every day/every other day. At least this dryer seemed to actually dry out clothes completely. The house also comes with a drying rack for clothes. Should our travels take us to Osaka again, I hope we would be able to stay at this accommodation once more, and would highly recommend it to those visiting as well.
