It was a memorable stay. The facilities are complete, the amenities are given new everyday. The nice older lady at the receptionist is very helpful! Definitely will consider this place again, should I go to Hiroshima again.

Staff was amazing! Very nice and caring. Spoke great English and spoke about the free amenities that aren’t listed on expedia(free instant noodles, hand warmers, and even some pretty expensive beverages). The room was clean as well!

The 7th floor seems to be new or recently renovated. It's very clean and you can even keep your shoes on, which is rare at a Japanese hotel. This is my go to hotel for weekend trips to Hiroshima. You can't beat the rates or location!

Very good value for money. No hassle with check in and clean. Rooms are very big considering it’s a capsule Space to store luggage but lockers in room not big enough to store backpack
