Rei-san was a fantastic help during my stay, as well as all the staff! very clean, very convenient with the Otsuka station within a 2-minute walk, and a lot of dining options in the area. If you're looking for a place with great bathing facilities, space for luggage and a decent bed while you're travelling around Tokyo, this capsule hotel is a great place to stay!

Left my toiletry kit in the bathroom and left for Mt Fuji, the staff was very helpful in retrieving my lost items and held it for me to collect once i came back to Tokyo

The staff and hotel did not enforce the no noise policy. Every night someone was on their phone, talking or playing music or loudly organizing their suitcase in the sleeping area. I felt very uncomfortable approaching the staff to resolve this issue. I even got a love hotel so I could rest even one night. . I'm I'm disappointed that

Decent capsule hotel. Wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay but was decent for one night. The lockers are smaller, they do have an unlocked area to keep larger items though. Mattress pads are thin, even for a capsule go
